Steve and Claire are amazing, it was a pleasure staying at The Clifton for 2 nights, perfect location to the pier, seafront, pubs and bars. Rooms very clean and tidy, everything you need. Breakfast was brilliant, very accommodating with food choice changes. Cost was more than reasonable and the far better than expected for the price. Comfy beds, quiet area and we slept brilliantly. Ours hosts were so friendly and provided a welcoming atmosphere, we have family in Paignton and will 100 percent come back here when we visit again, thanks for a great stay, it was perfect, Ben and Hayley.

Perfectly located family run B&B close to beach, attractions, restaurants. Welcoming, clean, quiet and convenient to everything you may need in Paignton. Nice beds, great pillows, good WiFi, and excellent price. Would definitely stay again.

Just back from Paignton stayed at the Clifton run by a wonderful couple Claire and Steve. The location is excellent for all attractions in Paignton. There is also free parking. Steve and Claire are the best hosts we have stayed with in a long time and we hope to return next year.

Great location near sea front and lots of amenities so close by.You can get around as public transport very close by.The Clifton is extremely clean and very comfortable.Steve and Claire are excellent hosts and breakfast is lovely.I will definitely be going there again.

A very warm welcome from Claire and Steve, the Clifton is a great central location in Paignton for all of Torbay , great room , lovely family atmosphere for singles,couples and families, a big bonus was the parking . Room was clean and Tidy and the breakfast was cooked fresh each morning and was delicious, cannot recommend the Clifton enough , had an amazing time, Claire and Steve have good local knowledge of places to visit and Eat . Have just got home from staying 2 nights, the owners were very welcoming and friendly , the room was spotless and had everything you need. The location is perfect , it's so close to everything, beach , shops , train station, restaurants and pubs , we will definitely be returning

The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, they will go out of their way to help you. The property is very clean and tidy, the breakfast was very good. The location is good and handy for all amenities. We will be back next year if not sooner.
