Very friendly treatment and you get help whenever from the owner. I stayed in the beautiful suite with spa bath and rain shower, amazing. There is a mini fridge that you can store cold drinks in. There are electrical outlets near the bed so you can charge your mobile phone. Many restaurants and cafés nearby. You can reach the train station in about 15 minutes on foot. Breakfast is taken at a cafe nearby where you can choose from different croissants and coffee or cappuccino. Very nice I would love to come back. Sono stata in questa struttura con tutta la mia famiglia allargata per la vittoria dello scudetto del Napoli. Il posto è carinissimo, comodo per il parcheggio, nel cuore di Pompei. In 6 adulti con 3 bambini siamo stati accolti benissimo e le camere erano già sistemate per le nostre esigenze. Abbiamo visitato Pompei, il centro di napoli e Positano in solo due giorni...la signora Anna è meravigliosa, super accogliente e disponibile anche per accompagnare la clientela nei punti strategici della città. Ci ha offerto anche delle verdure fresche del suo orto che sono state graditissime. Sicuramente torneremo in questa casa, perché ci siamo sentiti coccolati da ogni punto di vista. I letti sono comodi e la zona silenziosa. Tutto pulitissimo e i bagni sono accessoriati di tutto e praticamente nuovi. C'è anche un frigorifero in ogni stanza. Super consigliato.
Location is good, room is mostly clean. Blue skirt on the bed has dirty spots #Nasty. There was only half roll of toilet paper and we didn’t find a chance how to refill toilet paper. We haven’t seen any staff there during the two days. Wi-Fi password at front desk was outdated and as we didn’t saw any worker there so we hadn’t a chance to ask for a correct Wi-Fi password. On the room floor there were some ants running around #littlebitNasty. Breakfast was in a nice caffe near the b&b. Front desk had outdated tourist information from the 2018. Year is 2022 and it would be great to update tourist info. A/C worked very well. During the hot days working A/C is a very big win for this place :). We had a bunch of different towels - Comfortable and nice. Thank you. In overall our two-days stay in this b&b was pretty good. Would recommend to stay there. Also I hope that this place will hear me out and fix previously mentioned observations.
Great value hotel in the centre of Naples. The hotel can be a little bit hard to find so I would recommend contacting them in advance and letting them know your arrival time. Once inside, the hotel is very clean and quiet, and our room has a nice big bathroom. This place was actually better than some of the more expensive hotels in Italy.
