The property is in the hood. However, I felt safe, no one bothered me while I was out during the day or night. The room was clean, just the right size, the bed was comfortable, and nice shower. Restaurants great, markets, and other shops are in walking distance. Overall stay was great. I would stay here again.

Lugar para se tomar muito cuidado. N?o recomendo. Tive uma péssima experiência neste local. Primeiramente, n?o recebi as informa??es para entrar. Foi necessário ligar para conseguir. O primeiro quarto que me passaram, pasmem, estava ocupado!! E sim, cheguei a entrar no quarto de alguém com o código oferecido. Sorte a que a pessoa n?o estava no momento, pois teria sido ainda pior. O segundo quarto que me passaram, estava sujo! N?o tinha sido limpo. Cama, toalhas, tudo usado. Lixo no quarto…me disseram que poderia deixar minhas coisas que enviariam a equipe de limpeza…(imagine o receio de deixar suas coisas em um quarto sujo, que seria acessado pela equipe de limpeza e que, por um erro, poderia ser acessado por outro hóspede como aconteceu comigo no primeiro quarto. De bom, somente a mo?a do atendimento. Compreensiva, calma e rápida em pelo menos tentar resolver os problemas. Foi o ponto positivo.

Mooie schone kamer en hele nette ruime badkamer. Wel heel gehorig gebouw. En in de blauwe kamer werkt het wifi signaal niet.

Soggiorno piacevole Il B&b si trova in un punto strategico e centrale, vicino alle fermate dei pullman per girare la città... fattibile anche da fare il percorso a piedi... Il soggiorno è stato tranquillo, self check in facile e veloce, Marina molto disponibile e pronta a soddisfare le esigenze ed rispondere alle informazioni.. ci ritornerò..

The place itself was not too bad, the room was clean and everything looked ok. The bed was relatively comfortable as well. The location is a little bit sketchy, when we first arrived around 10pm on Sunday was decided to walk 25 minutes from the station to the location. On the way, there was a lot of garbage everywhere and felt a little uncomfortable. But we soon learned that the whole city is like that and there is nothing to worry about. The customer service was horrible, we had a ton of issues getting into the unit. Once we arrived we were given a code to open the main door no issue. Once we got upstairs in front of the door there is 4 lockboxes one for every room in the unit. Summary of what happened: - we weee given a code for our box which did not open it. When we messaged her she essentially said we are incompetent and dont know how to open it. - sent her a video of us doing everything correct she told us to force it open (we couldnt) - she still said we dont know what we are doing and offered no help. We kept messaging her asking for a solution - gave us a code for another box we got the key went into the room and it was occupied. She said oops my bad ok go out of there - ended up waiting for an hour - some guy came called her, tried the code and it didnt work. - he forcefully pried it open most likely breaking the box and gave us the keys. - were told in the morning leave the key with receptionist, no one was there Overall customer service -10/10 horrible

Place was great! Just what was offered, convenient location near train and bus stations, offers breakfast and a nice room

I was really happy with the service. I arrived late because my flight had been delayed, but it wasn’t a problem. The owner of the property let me in and brought someone with to translate to English. The room was nice, but it was a little noisy as it was located right along the street. Although I also like this placement as it made it really easy to get everywhere.

This property is not in a nice part of Naples. The surroundings are grimy and uninviting and the property’s locked door and small faded sign are not welcoming. However, the owner communicated easily and quickly on WhatsApp and sent someone to let me in within 10 minutes of me letting her know I had arrived. He was very helpful, showed me around the property and gave me the keys. I had a private room with bathroom which was perfectly clean. The bed had seen better days and was very soft with badly damaged faux leather head board ( peeling ). It is on a main road so is noisy, but I didn’t mind that. I couldn’t find a grocery store nearby, but there are several bars and cafes within a 2 minute walk. There is a bus stop and taxi rank outside the property, so getting to airport was easy. I took No 182 bus which the man who let me in told me about. Very cheap and quick. All in all it was fine for a one night stay prior to an early flight, but I probably wouldn’t want to stay any longer than one night, due to the surrounding area.

the customer is always right but I think it's really out of place to read things like located in a bad area when I wanted to inform you that we are in the historic center of Naples!thanks for the compliments but I don't understand the negative notes when he stayed a few hours and didn't have time to visit the wonderful area in which we are located!in front of the structure there is the botanical garden, a few steps away from the San Gregorio Armeno cathedral and the entire wonderful historic center, having said that, greetings and good life

那不勒斯同等价格的酒店里这家的确条件差了些，首先门面都没有，非常不容易找到，而且不打电话根本没有人开门，接电话的应该是老板娘却不能讲英语。边上的carlos III广场是那不勒斯小偷最多的地方，没有之一另外携程的广告图片严重误导，哪里有海哪里有漂亮阳台
