The host Milena is very kind, friendly and accommodating. Easy check-in and parking. It is also easy to access the city centre by bus as there are bus stops nearby. A lot of options for breakfast in the morning. The room is not the biggest in the world but it is very clean and has all the amenities needed. Would recommend.

Second stay at B&B Fablas and as always everything was perfect. Very clear instructions for the checking and everything worked flawlessly. The rooms were immaculate with everything one needs and breakfast in the morning was very convivial and relaxing. The area is very quiet which a real treat after the buzzing city center. The bus stop is 3 mins down walk the road on Via Mameli and takes you to the center is a heart beat. Milena is the perfect host and we are looking forward to next time.

Posto carinissimo con una proprietaria squisita, ambiente pulitissimo posizione ottimale in una zona residenziale poco fuori il centro storico di Verona. E’ stato davvero piacevole . Parcheggio facilitato grazie alla zona poco trafficata . Consigliatissimo

The owner Melia was so kind and knowledgeable. Breakfast was excellent. Room super clean and conforfable. Would highly recommand it.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden jeden morgen herzlich begrü?t und uns wurde ein Kaffee / Tee angeboten. Das Zimmer in dem wir waren war nicht sonderlich gro? hat aber für 2 Personen gereicht Bad und Dusche ebenso. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und immer frisch. Das B&B war etwas ausserhalb man konnte aber mit einem sch?nen Spaziergang in ca 30 min die Innenstadt erreichen. Es f?hrt auch ca alle 10 min ein Bus.

Milena ist eine sehr nette Person, mit ausgesprochen guten Tipps für einen Ausflug in Verona. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Beim Frühstücken bleibt kein Wunsch unerfüllt. Die Lage ist in einem sch?nen Wohngebiet. Zur Innenstadt ist es nicht weit. Würden nur noch hier her gehen. Milena is a very kind Person. Siamo stati a Marzo 2024, struttura nuova, dotata di tutti i confort. Pulizia eccellente. La signora Milena veramente disponibile, colazione da 10 e lode. Posizione ottima per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni cittadine, fermata dell'autobus distante solo pochi minuti a piedi. Ci ritornerei sicuramente!
