Tutto davvero perfetto, dall arrivo alla partenza, ci siamo trovati benissimo con Milena, accoglienza davvero ottima, buonissima colazione e camera davvero pulita e perfetta, consiglio vivamente questo alloggio, se ci sarà l’occasione torneremo senza pensarci!!!

Il beb Fablas è il nostro riferimento quando dobbiamo venire a Verona, carino pulito e ben gestito da Milena, noi ci troviamo tutto quello che ci serve ed anche di più. Ha una posizione perfetta per quello che dobbiamo fare di solito e comunque non è molto distante dal centro. Veramente ottimo e grazie Milena.

Consiglierei assolutamente questo B&B vicinissimo al centro si arriva a piedi,belle camere confortevoli colazione abbondante massima simpatia e disponibilità Grazie

A fresh little b&b in a nice area of Verona. Clean and tidy with a wholesome breakfast. Very friendly host as well. No problem to get me gluten-free for breakfast. Appreciated. Only a brisk 20 min walk into old town. Nothing to see on the way there but we enjoyed the walk and the fresh air. Apparently there is a bus running as well. We stayed 4 nights and it is a great place to drive to vineyards/Lake Garda from. Free parking on the street ( you need to know how to manouver your car to park in tight spots. The streets are pretty full). Overall great choice!

The host Milena is wonderful, she was ther every morning to serve breakfast and was so helpful in terms of what to see and do in not only in Verona, but lake Garda and the Dolomites. She gave us wonderful tips on where to go for fantastic food and where to avoid. The street is so quiet and the rooms are really clean and comfortable and we slept well, The bus no 21 and 22 take you directly into Verona and takes about 8 minutes, we also used the Verona bikes to cycle to the city. Both the bikes and bus stop are at the end of the street. A great place to explore Verona from - but Milena was so friendly and helpful. Would most definitely come back hen we visit Verona. Lits confortables avec choix de préférence pour les oreillers (agréable surprise et grande appréciation). L’h?tesse Milena est exceptionnellement gentille et accueillante. Elle donne de bons conseils concernant la visite de Vérone et des environs. Petits déjeuners variés avec beaucoup de choix. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement.

Io ho avuto una camera piccola, e purtroppo con bagno senza bidè purtroppo dietro il letto un po' di polvere non nuova,ottima colazione, proprietaria molto accogliente ,professionale con preparazione in varie lingue,forse ha delle camere migliori.

Wir waren 4 N?chte in diesem B&B und insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich und wurde t?glich gereinigt, inklusive frisch gemachtem Bett – wirklich angenehm. Leider war das Zimmer etwas hellh?rig, was den Schlaf manchmal beeintr?chtigt hat. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung – eher kleine Auswahl, aber v?llig ausreichend. Die Lage ist etwas au?erhalb, ca. 30 Minuten zu Fu? in die Innenstadt oder 5 Minuten mit dem Bus, was aber kein Problem war. Besonders hervorheben m?chten wir Milena: Sie war unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants abseits der Touristenpfade gegeben. Au?erdem stellte sie uns eine Liste der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zusammen – sehr praktisch. Vielen Dank für die sch?ne Zeit!

we arrived to the B&B in the early afternoon and instructions were extremely clear to access the property, The room was very clean and has everything you need, we set off into Verona central which is a 30 min walk in. However there is a bus stop very near if needed. The property is just right for a short stay visiting Verona, Milena was extremely helpful, and welcoming, our continental breakfast was just right, fresh breads, fruits, pastries, yoghurts, cheeses meats etc. I would definitely stay here again. Thoroughly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience, I approached Verona very late in the evening and booked a room at Milena's. She was super helpful and responsive and I was able to have a place to sleep on my trip. The place was easy to reach with free parking and the room in my opinion was astonishing! Really loved the breakfast and the warm welcome in the morning as well. As said before she is super friendly and helpful and had a lovely stay! Totally recommend to anyone!
