Ho soggiornato in una camera tripla con la mia famiglia . Stanza spaziosa e luminosa, ben arredata, pulita, carina.Abbiamo anche trovato le ciabattine per gli ospiti, cosa rara in un b& b.La struttura è molto curata , con un bel giardinetto all ingresso.
Accoglienza ottima, sempre ben pulito, uno dei pochi bed and breakfast che ammette animali con spazio verde ideale e in più i gestori coccolano gli animali. Sinceramente non cambierei mai questo posto per nulla al mondo. Cortesia,cordialità insomma non manca nulla ci si sente a casa propria.
Very nice and clean place. The beds were great, and the bathroom as well. Service from the owner was fantastic, we needed taxi at 4.30 in the morning, and Roberto fixed that in a minute. In Olbia this would be my first choice. The price is very affordable.
This hotel is nice and clean and friendly.. but.. ther are not a single avalible taxi anywere and its far from the center. Not what we had expected. The local bus is the only alternative.

So far away from the center, 900 meters. You should deserve a very noisy property inside the downtown, with no parking, lot of crowd and scream all day
La habitación que nos tocó fue de ensue?o. Muy bien decorada, con frigobar, aire acondicionado nuevo, y un hermoso y amplio balcón. Teníamos jarra eléctrica con té y café (no tiene desayuno). Muy buena predisposición de Roberto, quien nos ha aconsejado de las playas y sitios de interés de Olbia. Esta muy buen ubicado si estás con auto, sino es necesario tomar dos autobuses para ir, por ejemplo, al aeropuerto. Sino, se pueden caminar 15 cuadras y se llega al centro histórico, o caminar 10 cuadras para tomar autobús al aeropuerto/puerto o a playas cercanas (ejemplo: puerto istana).
The guest house is close to the airport. We just stayed 1 night. I’?m not sure it is the right location to visit Olbia, it seems to be far away. But for us it was perfect. The host is very friendly. We had the quadruple room, with lot of space. Parle très bien Fran?ais
The owner was very friendly and kind, we arrived quite late and he was so nicr Breakfast is worth it. It's 10 euros but plenty of stuff for a guest house Clean and good sleep. Such a big room space felt great for three. Air con properly working as well
2 nuits passées ici pour démarrer notre périple en Sardaigne. A un petit quart d’heure de l’aéroport. Place de parking ds va la rue même fin juillet. Super accueil de Roberto (a distance par téléphone à l’arrivée) qui parle très bien fran?ais. Chambres spacieuses, propres, climatisées et fonctionnelles. Possibilité de déposer les bagages le matin avant le Check-in l’après-midi. Le petit jardin est sympa et bien agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est très correct Seul bémol qui ne nous a pas dérangé : un peu loin du centre ville a pied (15mn le long d’une avenue fréquentée) Je recommande ! Merci encore Roberto
Posto molto bello ed accogliente. Super pulito, in ordine e tramette proprio un senso di casa. Il Sig.Roberto è davvero preciso e durante il check-in ci ha illustrato le regole della Guest House e come essere autonomi durante il soggiorno. In camera un bollitore con diverse tisane e caffè ci hanno reso ancora più piacevole la permanenza. Peccato esserci fermati per una sola notte, ma ci torneremo. Consigliatissimo ????????
