Very comfortable place to stay friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Nice area to walk around close to the trains.

L'H?tel est bien situé. Allez à pied en centre ville est rapide. Les restaurants sont accessibles entre 5 et 10 minutes de marche. Les chambres et les parties communes sont plut?t propres. Néanmoins quelques points sont à notifier. En effet pour un 4 étoiles avoir des draps troués ne donne pas une très bonne image. De plus lors de notre séjour des travaux étaient en cours et commen?ais très t?t et finissais vers 18H ce qui faisait vibrer les murs pendant plusieurs heures. Au niveau des équipements extérieurs, il faut vous accrochez, la piscine est assez froide, y restez plus de 10 min à l'ombre est déjà très bien. J'ai été dé?u pour les différentes propositions du petit déjeuner. Les patisseries étaient plut?t fade et pour des touristes non italiens, ils avaient très peu de choix. Il sera préférable qu'ils fassent un petit déjeuner continental. Un point important est le bruit du personnel d'entretien le matin qui claquent les portent très bruyamment ce qui m'a réveillé tout les matins. Nous n'avons pas pu tester la piscine intérieur car le SPA était en rénovation donc par jour de pluie, les activités étaient très limitées.

Hotel 4 stelle superiore,scoperto per puro caso grazie a grande insegna stradale. Ho pernottato complessivamente per 4 notti i,camera singola,mezza pensione. I punti di forza di questa struttura a mio avviso sono l’ottima ristorazione,la grande pulizia in tutti gli ambienti,l l’ottima posizione,,praticamente a due passi dal grande e bellissimo parco di Montecatini Terme, e non molto distante da “Piazza del Popolo” cuore pulsante della cittadina termale . L’hotel dispone di bella piscina all’aperto,centro benessere,e piccola palestra,servizi che personalmente non ho mai usufruito. Ha disposizione della clientela ci sono diverse biciclette (E-Bike) a noleggio,che ho utilizzato per un paio d’ore per recarmi nel centro cittadino. In definitiva non posso che consigliare a tutti questo bellissimo hotel per trascorrere un piacevole e rilassante soggiorno nella bella e rinomata cittadina termale. Un saluto a Fabio,ottimo barman/cameriere,sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

Siamo stati per Capodanno. Bellissima esperienza, rilassante e tranquilla. Personale gentile e accogliente. Pulizia eccellente e camere confortevoli, tornerò sicuramente! SPA non molto grande, ma tranquilla e confortevole con personale attento e disponibile

Zona meravigliosa vicino al parco. Ampia hall, camere grandi ma non molto insonorizzate, piscina piccola per fortuna non troppo affollata e scenografica, piscina interna e spa rilassanti, colazione con prodotti discreti ( ottime le torte) ristorante molto buono, personale disponibile. Sono stati molto ospitali anche con la mia cagnolina.

Beautifully appointed room, spacious, airy and extremely comfortable. Shower room with a stunning mountain view. Very good in-house restaurant. Great variety of fresh foods served at breakfast time. Great A.C. unit - quiet and unobtrusive so you arrive home to a beautifully cool room.

We were travelling with a Collette Tour who chose this hotel as our home base while exploring/touring the Tuscany area. The hotel was very accommodating to the 44 Americans on the tour. Daily breakfast was great with many choices. The location is within walking distance to the piazza and many local restaurants. The rooms were small but provided everything that we needed.

This is a beautiful hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The staff were very nice and helpful. This is a great location for anyone exploring Tuscany
