We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights, this is our third time to stay. We love the relaxed and quiet atmosphere at the hotel. Our room, a suite was very comfortable with lots of room. The beds are so comfortable. Breakfast is great and the staff are very welcoming. The pool area is perfect for 100% relaxation and reading. A nice walk to local restaurants and shops and a great train connection to visit other areas as well. We would highly recommend the hotel.

I really enjoyed the hotel. My favourite parts were the breakfast as you had a different variety of breakfast items that you can choose from and you can go and get more if you wanted to. I always really enjoyed the Pool as you can relax on the sunbed and have a glass of what drink you fancy. The rooms were amazing, you had loads of the space to relax on. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that wants to come to Italy for their holiday. The receptionists are really friendly.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cet h?tel et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L’h?tel est moderne, calme et propre. Le personnel pourrait être un peu plus accueillant mais ils ont été réactifs lorsque nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Le buffet petit-déjeuner n’est pas énorme mais ?a va. La piscine est belle et la déco de l’h?tel très sympa. Il est très bien placé, dans la ville mais aussi dans la région. On était à 45 min de Florence, 1h15 de Sienne et à 1h40 des Cinq Terres, ce qui est vraiment top. Je vous recommande cet h?tel sans hésiter.

We stayed at Grand Hotel Croce di Malta, 6th - 13th June. Holiday was booked through Topflight. From beginning to end, the Holiday was fantastic. Our room was large, with 2 bathrooms, kept very clean by hotel cleaners. Every member of the team, that we came across, was very pleasant and helpful. We'd like to name one member in particular, who was extremely helpful, Lucie at reception. There was a great variety of food every morning at breakfast. We ate a couple of times at lunchtime and dinner. The evening dinner menu changed daily and was on display at reception. This allowed people to either eat at the hotel, or dine out. Anything we ate at the hotel, was beautiful and service was perfect. Hotel is central to everything Montecatini terme has to offer.

L’hotel è molto bello, camera spaziosa, grande e ben accessoriata. Purtroppo però non ho potuto usufruire della spa in quanto c’erano dei problemi sia per accedere alla piscina che per effettuare i massaggi. Da notare che qualche giorno prima avevo mandato un messaggio proprio per chiedere informazioni ma non ho avuto nessuna risposta. Per un albergo così è un grave disservizio.

We arrived early and our room was not yet available. Without asking, we were upgraded to a suite for the week that we stayed. The facility was comfortable and updated and the staff were all professional. We enjoyed one dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent.

Bel hotel in un’ottima location. Ho pernottato solo 1 notte in camera singola. Gli ambienti sono puliti e la camera confortevole. La camera l'ho trovata calda e anche il bagno era riscaldato. Gli spazi comuni sono ampi e confortevoli. Reception molto disponibile, personale gentile.

Conobbi questa eccellente struttura un po’ di anni fa’ ed è ormai diventata per me una meta quasi obbligatoria per un sano e rigenerante relax. La gestione di questo hotel è sempre impeccabile e attentissima ai dettagli in tutti i suoi reparti , in primis la signora Olga e le altre receptionist cordialissime e sempre attente alle richieste degli ospiti, pulizie delle camere ottimo ,infine la ristorazione sempre di ottimo livello grazie alla eccelsa cucina e all’ottima assistenza di persone gentili e professionali come Massimiliano, Fabio e Maria Flavia . Grazie a tutti e a presto
