The hotel was clean, nicely designed and had everything you need for a brief stay, including a small living room and kitchen. We could see the river view from the room, which was really nice. The hotel is located just right opposite to the Diamond Lobby entrance of the Galaxy. However, since the footbridge linking between the Galaxy complex to the hotel is under construction, we need to take a 5 mins walk to the footbridge of Broadway Hotel to reach the Galaxy area. Not too convenient but acceptable. The Broadway food street is also 5 mins walk away with many choices of restaurants. Breakfast provided in the hotel was basic. Goid value for the price.
The staff are friendly and helpful. It is a convenient place. The breakfast, which has to be paid separately (MOP 70), is very simple. It is a serviced apartment hotel, but there is no supermarket around to buy food to cook. There are plenty of restaurants around and hence the cooking facilities are not that useful.
What set the hotel apart was its exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Their recommendations for local dining and attractions were spot-on, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to my visit.

I enjoyed my stay at the Maria Phantom Apartment Hotel. It is located in close proximity to the subway and relatively close to the popular attractions. The condition of the apartment was superb. The room is equipped with a tv, sofa and a small kitchen area for cooking. It was very spacious, neat and well-kept. We had an amazing city view from our room. My overall experience was good and I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean and cost effective accommodation.
