Our stay at the InterContinental Hotel Multiplaza was a perfect finale to our Costa Rican adventure. From the moment we arrived, parking was a breeze, and dropping off our AVIS rental car couldn’t have been more convenient—ideal for travelers trying to make the most of their final hours.
The hotel’s location is spot-on, directly across from the Multiplaza mall, which was a lifesaver for picking up last-minute gifts and essentials for my daughter. The mall offered a great variety of nice shops, all within easy walking distance.
Our room was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The only hiccup was the shower handle, which kept falling off during use—something that could use a quick fix. Other than that, the space felt modern, comfortable, and truly upscale.
A real highlight was the breakfast buffet—plentiful, delicious, and diverse. We especially appreciated the thoughtful takeaway breakfast spread arranged for our early morning airport departure. It’s little touches like this that set a hotel apart.
With 24-hour services, friendly and attentive staff, and a secure, well-kept environment, we always felt both welcome and safe. The on-site shop even had some lovely souvenirs, perfect for those last-minute memory-makers.
Overall, the InterContinental provided a smooth, classy, and convenient stay. We’d absolutely recommend it—and we’d happily return.
