房間不大，但是很乾凈，有電視，衣柜，椅子，小沙發。長條椅，放東西很方便。特別是衞生間應該是新裝修的。非常乾凈整潔。洗頭水很不錯。還有小冰箱，買的食品或者酸奶可以放在里面。窗簾也是2層遮光的。床上用品很乾凈，每天都有人清理房間。服務也很好，不夠的找服務員拿很快送過來了。樓下還有熱水和咖啡供應。酒店有接送車，準時接送。這個很方便。但是酒店離地鐵站有點遠，要走10分鐘左右。酒店后面人少不是很安全。酒店往地鐵方向走很熱鬧，有很多中餐館和華人超市，美食城。吃飯和買東西很方便。在攜程上訂酒店很方便，當時説不收按金，只收14美元城市稅，但是去到前臺又要收取，溝通無果。只能刷卡。如果能配備懂中文的前臺就更好了。前臺還是很敬業的，問怎樣坐地鐵幫我們打印出來方便查看。點贊??

After 14 hours of our trip from middle east we have slept well in their comfy bed. My family and I have enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very cozy and very convenient. Aside from close to the train station there is also a place called chinatown who offers great food with a lot of variation with an affordable prices. Though the hotel has incomplete stuffs such as no bathrobe, slippers and service is 6/10 still there is a room for improvement. Overall i can recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back in our future plans. Thank you so much and keep it up!

It is a pretty hotel. My only problem was the cleanliness, there was dust on the night stands of the room and the sink and shower were not cleaned when we arrived. The staff seemed stressed and didn’t provide top tier service in terms of attitude and annoyance towards simple questions we asked, but I give them grace because I know the type of clients they have to deal with since I’m retail myself. The pool was closed and I booked for the pool so that was saddening. For no pool I feel I should’ve been compensated for at least some of the cost because it was an expensive stay. Overall not a terrible experience 8/10

地理位置不錯 步行附近有奶茶一條街和一個不錯的mall，退房后可以寄存行李，服務態度好 樓下有免費咖啡/冰水/熱水

服務態度非常滿意。乾凈衞生。出行方便。法拉盛很棒的酒店了。在當地優先推薦。我出行前也是朋友幫我踩點之后推薦給我的。

絲滑 財務出錯但是溝通順利可以解決問題 機場班車好評哦真的很方便 如果下次轉機過夜的話 還會考慮住這里 請加油

有機場shuttle , 一小時一班車， 但等左半個鐘都唔見，要text 佢地先會接你，最后call 車$20 usd 到酒店，酒店行去坐地鐵都要十幾分鐘，但有好多華人超市，餐廳，出去downtown 都方便，大堂有熱水咖啡任飲
