The receptionist was very kind and arranged an early check-in for us, which was greatly appreciated after our overnight flight. The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of nearby restaurants and is about a ten-minute walk to the subway, making it easy to access downtown New York. Amenities are well above average. The only minor downside is that there is no kettle in the room, although hot water is available in the main hall.

We arrived at night and when we tried to check in, they told us that because we booked through TripAdvisor, the room might not be ready since the reservation wasn't made directly. Then they wanted to give us a room with only one king bed for one night, promising us the room we had paid for the following night. After arguing, they came up with another excuse and finally gave us the room we had booked, but nothing can erase the unpleasant experience.

每次來都住這兒，衞生很好，周邊中國菜很多。酒店前臺服務態度很好，晚上正看電視的時候電視壞了，打了服務電話大概十幾分鐘就有人來了，第一波沒修好，過了幾分鐘又來了一個修理工修好了

房間比較大，非常不錯，華人區，去做地鐵也可以不算太遠

非常新的酒店 公區設計非常類似這邊的豪樓 還有健身房和泳池 床很舒服 酒店房間面積大且乾凈 出門就有很多好吃的 相對另一家喜來登距離主街距離較遠 但步行也還可以

福朋喜來登地處法拉盛Chinatown，附近中國餐館繁多，出入極為方便…酒店服務非常周到，我剛入住一夜發現淋浴房有小飛蟲，向前臺反映情況，他們馬上派人檢查并換到Vip7層，但我看了房間又覺得房間離電梯遠，我腳受傷不方便讓前臺為我再換一間，酒店工作人員又立刻幫我換到近電梯方便的房間，此時我覺得非常滿意他們對客戶的要求給予便利和周到！

一家還不錯的酒店，房間、床和淋浴都挺舒適。酒店設施也很好，一切都非常乾凈。健身房和泳池都很棒。酒店位置距離曼哈頓或肯尼迪機場有點遠，但如果在拉瓜迪亞機場轉機就比較方便了，酒店有機場班車。

Our visit was a really good experience. The hotel was very comfortable and parking thought pricey met our needs. The people at the reception desk were
efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. We would stay at Four Points Sheraton again depending on our location needs.
