Hi CarlThank you for the review, As you can understand everything in life has got more expensive and we are no different here wages ,taxes, electricity ,water the list can go on so we do have to put our prices up or we could not operate. My wife and I have been here for nearly 6 years so when you say you stayed here under previous management that must have been prior to that ,Yes in 6 years we have renovated rooms put new aircon in new T.V s so thing have changed. I a m sorry there was no one to greet you on arrival but for later arrivals we do leave a key out for guest as we cannot afford to have a staff member sit at the desk on a Sunday til late , As for the cleaning of the cups our cleaning staff do clean and replace cutlery and crockery , but it is more for longer stays we ask you to clean cups , I am sorry your stay was not up to the standard you had expected Carl I do hope this does give some insight , We would love to welcome you back at some time to see if we can improve on your next review
