Very interesting/unique hotel. Room was pretty clean for the most part. Some stains on our rug and debris under sink. Beds were terribly uncomfortable and made noise every time we moved. Tried breakfast once. After waiting 25 minutes it was served to us cold with undercooked eggs, the smallest hash brown I've ever seen and rock hard bacon. Staff were all friendly but doubtful we'd stay again. Room was 1306

The hotel location is downtown. It’s close to restaurants, transportations, and walking distance to the convention Center. The staff were very friendly. Room was clean and quiet

Beautiful historic hotel—the original craftsmanship is astounding. Don’t miss the stained glass windows in the Tudor Room. Staff, esp. Ash, was superb—Ash went out of his way to assist us. Thank you so much!

The building is absolutely stunning, and the staff were incredibly courteous. Unlimited thank you for all of the complementary water!The room was clean and they were responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was exceptional, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere had a great vibe. The location was also very convenient, with many attractions and amenities within walking distance.

Beautiful historic hotel. The service by the staff was excellent, especially the valet area. The room was very well decorated and comfortable. The location was perfect for attending events at the T Mobile Center and Power & Light district. We will be back.

Walking distance to many things. They have a fabulous Market a block away that has many grocery options.

The staff was great! It’s the room that was not ideal. The pillows were flat and very well worn. The bed was like laying on bricks basically. The morning before checking out I went to go take a shower and there was zero hot water. I even let the water run for 3-4 minutes with no change in the temperature. After paying $386 for one night, I would’ve thought that the amenities would’ve been better.

Staff was incredibly accommodating. Loved the coffee at the market. Overall great stay! We had some late night noisy neighbors (not the hotels fault, can happen anywhere)- but the hotel staff handled it quickly and professionally.
