Some of our Cozy Nest Suites have received very positive feedback recently, and we are gradually renovating to further improve room standards throughout the hotel. Cleanliness & Service: Cleanliness and hospitality are two of our core values, and your comments surprise us, as our staff is generally praised for being friendly and helpful. Nonetheless, we take your feedback seriously and will reinforce quality control to ensure better consistency. Laundry Service: Like many hotels, we offer professional laundry services with ironing included. Unfortunately, we do not provide shared irons due to safety and hygiene standards, but we understand how this may be inconvenient. Size & Location: Tylissos Beach is indeed a small hotel, and many guests value the peaceful atmosphere this brings. While the road between the hotel and beach is typical for coastal properties in Crete, we are doing our best to ensure safe pedestrian access.
