Nice place. Best service ???? Hotel over 16. Lil bit windy when we arived. That is normal on whole Creta on last few years.

Wow. What a holiday. From the moment the taxi pulled up outside tylissos beach hotel we were made to feel very welcome with the manager greeting us in the drive and helping us in with luggage. Then when booking in we were bought welcome drinks. Then shown to our room by reception. Everywhere was exceptionally clean the room the pool and the restaurant. Every member of staff were helpful, happy and polite. One of our family had a food allergy and the chef and his team went out of their way to make sure food was prepared to his need. All food fantastic and an amazing variety all cooked and prepared to the highest standards. Thank you all for making this so special for us

I have to say Tylissos Beach Hotel was amazing. From the moment we was greeted at the taxi before we even got out to when we checked out they couldn’t have been more helpful. The staff went above and beyond and made you feel like family. Everyone from the cleaner to the pool bar lady always had a smile and looked happy. The hotel and facilities are clean and immaculate and the chef and his team are so accommodating the food was outstanding. We loved this holiday and will be back again

Just arrived back after a week here. All the staff were very polite, friendly and went the extra mile for guests. Food was a very good quality and the all inclusive drinks were spot on. Pool and beach areas were great. 20 minutes walk to town, lots to see and do. Great area to escape the usual British tourists.

The hotel was excellent, fantastic staff and food wonderful ..better than many of the surrounding restaurants. Plentiful and as an adults only hotel free from fast food. No complaints at all. Rooms clean and the ladies who serviced them friendly and efficient. The reception staff were multi lingual and a fountain of information. We loved sitting on the terrace outside in the evening. I made good use of the brother and sister run spa and walked on air after my treatments. Lovely pool area..never packed…such a relief after years of child friendly hotels! Beautiful beach area as well. My only issue is the balconies. The view from ours would have been spectacular except that once you sat down there was a very strategically placed concrete bar that totally obliterated any view. It was like sitting in a concrete box. All the rooms have the same balcony, so I imagine the views are all very restricted. Not a problem if you don’t plan to use it. A shame because it is otherwise a truly stunning hotel. But I would like to thank all the staff for a wonderful holiday. X

We went on holiday with my friend looking for pure relaxation and an easy, peaceful stay. We mainly chose this hotel because of its location right by the beach and it really delivered. From the moment we arrived, everything matched our expectations, a beautiful clean beach just a few steps away, super friendly staff and amazing, varied food. Every day there were plenty of options meat, vegetarian, even vegan and the menu kept changing, so we never got bored. A big plus were the animators, always cheerful, helpful with tips on what to see in town and they made the atmosphere even better. Overall, we were more than happy. Perfect spot, great service and exactly the kind of holiday we needed.

Staff at this hotel made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Fruit plater in room and Bottle of wine.Dorian n the restaurant was fantastic nothing too much bother. Always smiling and so good at her job. Stavros in the bar very attentive. Entertainment duo worked very hard. We were in a party of 12 and had a fantastic time also got engaged on karaoke night so such a memorable holiday. Did good for an all inclusive Greek dishes as well and so much choice at breakfast. Plenty of sunbds on the private beach and around the pool.more choice of spirits on all inclusive would have been good. One of the best relaxing holidays had for a long time.

Beautiful hotel almost on the beach. Very clean rooms, perfect service. We prefer adult friendly hotels, so this hotel is the right match. Excellent food every day, great program (aqua gym, games, karaoke, culture evening etc.). And last but not least: the best personel ever, nice people doing perfectly their job.

After a 3.5 hour bus ride from the airport arriving late pm, the last drop, we were so looking forward to getting to the hotel. The greeting from an older lady at reception couldn’t have been more unwelcoming, rude with not even a hello or a smile. They left us some food out which was awful, the room also had no balcony, we booked this hotel as it stated every room had one. We spoke to the receptionist again who again rudely reacted and said speak to the manager at 9am. We seriously thought we had made a mistake booking this hotel, we got to receptionist at 9am only to be told the manager wasn’t there until 11am, so we returned. Apparently the balcony room wasn’t on our voucher and is extra which wasn’t stated, anyhow they moved us to a side view room with a balcony, which was much nicer, thats all we wanted. Things got much better after that, the breakfasts, evening food, was very good after all, plenty of choice and variety. The staff apart from the rude reception lady were so nice and friendly, Stavros the barman was a top man, he made our stay and evenings, very friendly, a funny guy! Maria was also a lovely lady, kind and helpful, Teddy who ran the animation team did a very good job, from beach activities to evening entertainment including, music nites, kareoke and bingo! The beach is just across a fairly busy toad, not a problem, plenty of sunbeds with a nice beach bar run by another friendly guy. Nice sea views, chilled. The walk to leapetra is about 10-15 minutes, easy walk, you can cut through to the promenade which is pleasant through to the bars and restaurants. We hired car for 3 days as you are a little cut off, we visited Agios Nikolos and Mytos which are nice places to go. All in all we enjoyed our stay, the staff are lovely (-1) and would recommend if you aren’t too fussy about the smaller things.

Fijn hotel. Superior kamer was erg goed. Standaard kamer is sterk af te raden. Halfpension, ontbijt en diner lopend buffet zijn dik in orde, veel keus en goede kwaliteit. Aanvulling van ontbijtproducten kan wel veel beter, net als bestek en koffie/thee kopjes. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Hotel ligt aan een grote doorgaande weg, buiten het centrum, maar geen last van geluid van langsrijdend verkeer. Aan de overkant ligt hun eigen strand. Net als het hotel, adult only, maar dit werd door locals met voeten getreden en toegestaan. Mooi strand, beach bar en gratis strandbedjes. Centrum Ierapetra ligt op 25 minuten lopen langs rechte weg. Aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar.
