Good location on walking distance from CBD, South Bank and Grocery Store open 24x7. Limited number of parking spots are available at the back. The Room I stayed in was not clean and full of bugs. Furniture and bed sheets were seriously worn out

一般吧比较破旧，虫子也有些，衞生间和厨房有蟑螂哈哈（还好我不怕虫），房间也比较小，主要是衞生间很小，不过对于要求不是很高的旅游者来説只是睡一晚这种需求还是可以的，但综合性价比来説也感觉比较一般吧，之后要是再来这里大概率不会再订了。

It's a shame to have to give this rating because the customer service is spectacular. The place has great potential to be a quality hotel, however it is in pretty bad condition, rusty things, musty smell, dirty walls. I hope they can improve those aspects soon.

The room is very dirty. Lots of cockroaches. Feels unsafe. This by far was one of the worst motels I have ever been to. Cockroaches crawling everywhere in the room and flies annoying us. When I woke up in the morning, I found a cockroach crawling on the wall. Insects crawling in and out of the room makes this room super uncomfortable and unsafe.

部屋のドアを开けた瞬间にドアを闭めました。ベッドの上に黒い物体が动いていて、一瞬でそれが何かを察しました。ゴキブリでした。ここで2泊するのか、とため息をつきながら2泊过ごしました。滞在中に他にも何匹かゴキブリとこんにちはしました。幸い自分はゴキブリ程度ならまだ耐えられたのでまだ良かったですが、レビューしようと思った理由はもう一つの方です。置いてあったポットの中が水垢だらけで、不卫生すぎて、そのポットで沸かしたお汤を使うことにすごく嫌悪感を抱きました。使う前に何故か自分でポットの中を扫除して、何回も沸腾させて汚れを落としてから使いました。
