It’s a minimalistic hotel, but in saying that it is what you pay for. It is great location very close to the city Valley and WooloonGabba. Very affordable discreet and very flexible with checking times. Front desk is not always manned but upon a phone call they are there in a jiffy. My first day wasn’t the greatest but I’ve had much better days since then and it depends on the rooms that you get but most of them are very very cozy. They have air-conditioning a bathroom and an ample space for two or a family of three with small child . ? also has a fridge and hot water. there’s a front and a back entrance and ample street parking as well as small amount of parking at the back you can come and go as you please without being harassed by front desk staff. It is ideal if you’re a night owl . on average I would give them 3 1/2 out of five stars however my most recent chips are probably 4 out of 5. ?

It's cheap and good enough if you're not staying long and won't be in the room much other than sleeping. It's in a really good location too.

While i booked a king room with a queen bed it’s actually two single mattress tied?together so if sleep in the middle you feel both mattress.
?It’s a good location for a place to stay, there is limited parking available, rooms are very small but good for a single traveler.

Really utterly disappointed. The room was full of cockroaches, the bathroom doors all broken, the TV broken off the wall, the bed horribly hard and springs. At least the linen seemed clean from professional dry cleaners. Was far too overpriced (over $100/night) for the condition and room. Very old building, dirty, disgusting stinky bins outside.

Location is convenient and quiet public transport is also available right at front. just needing some maintenance and hopefully extra complimentary amenities such as iron and board. overall for the price value this works just fine :)

Oh dear. I wish I had read the reviews. First off. Finding the entrance was terrible The parking was even worse. Then trying to find reception. Once all that is done i headed to my room. Which is nothing spectacular. Or clean. Barely any toilet paper on the roll. Cocoaroaches climbing up the walls. Fridge was switched off and when i opened it, it stunk, no idea when it was even used last.. Air con didnt work. Floors weren't cleaned. No backing on the air con remote.

You can see the small cockroaches once you enter the room.
There is a bad smell in the room.
If anyone gets the room at a low price then only it's ok to take it. ..
If the price is high then don't take a room here.

Rooms are not as shown on trip.com.. more like a sex motel than a hotel.. the milk provided for coffee was expired..mouldy room corners..

I was going to a game at the Gabba , and wanted to stay overnight. This was the cheapest room I could find in a short walking distance , when I saw the price , compared to other hotels in the area , I wasnt expecting much. Pleasantly surprised to find a much better standard of room than I was expecting. the room is small but very clean and everything I needed for a one night stay , Tv , Air Cond , Tea & Coffee , clean sheets and well made bed. Bathroom had been recently renovated which was a nice surprise. If you're looking for an affordable short stay with great location to gabba , definately yes. Would I stay there again , absolutely

We stayed here for two nights in a queen room (booked for three but our flights canceled made us a day late) upon arriving we realised it wasn’t what we seen in the pictures. the room was covered in bog which was obviously to fix holes and hadn’t been re painted we were provided one blanket WITH BURN HOLES Likley from cigarettes, the window didn’t close the whole way so we were cold the aircon smelt like dirt and dust and there were missing PowerPoint coverings. The bathroom was tiny and had no window or ventilation so when my partner went to the toilet it stunk out the whole room. The kettle was rusty inside and the power points were dodgy and we couldn’t plug in our chargers properly without them falling off the wall. Also you can hear everyone and everything. A bloke walked down the hall way and FARTED and we could hear it in our room. Also had someone’s iPhone alarm going off at 4am and they didn’t turn it off until 4:30am Wouldn’t stay here again don’t recommend for ANYONE but especially people with kids. it is dirty small and gross. I would have just paid the $80 extra and stayed somewhere nicer if I’d known but the pictures were deceiving. You are not getting what you see in the pictures
