The view from our room was dull. The hotel was only at 40% capacity so a better room could have been offered.

The room and staff and layout of the pool and drinks were amazing . The food was mid to low.

Clean rooms and facility. Very friendly helpful staff. Shuttle to the beach not great as it was booked so we had to go the next day. Could use more kid friendly food. Kids Club was so far away we had to take two shuttles. The leaf blowers are very loud and, although we appreciated that the grounds were amazing, the noise was so loud and sounded like a construction zone. Only one place to eat breakfast on site. The waiters in the afternoon at the upper pool site got our orders wrong every time and the food took at least 45 minutes to an hour to get.

The room when we got there was not ready for us. The AC was turned off. The furniture at the resort was dirty. The resort needs a better system for going to the beach. Food was never hot.

The staff were excellent, cheerful and welcoming always went the extra mile to accommodate our needs!

room was sparse, door between room and walls were so thin we could hear everything our neighbours were saying and doing; we could even hear them whispering.
only amenity was a single tea bag of instant coffee that made a a sort of coffee water for one person.
There was no room service and my husband had to bag them to let him take me a croissant when I threw out my bsg and couldn't walk to get breakfast

Todo está bien en cuestión de las instalaciones, servicio del personal etc. muy agaradables las instalaciones. Les pondría dos pero’s:
-a veces puede ser un poco tediosos los traslados ya que para todo hay que usar los carritos (para casi todo)
-la comida realmente deja mucho que desear, comida insípida y en pocas palabras. Todo lo demás incluso el beach club cumple su función pero si reitero la cuestión de las comidas me dejó insatisfecha la calidad.

Our stay overall was okay,The room was in good condition and housekeeping, came each day and cleaned the room and the beds, so that was nice. But there were notable things that could have been improved. The water took a long time to heat up in the shower and sometimes it didn’t heat up at all.All the “hot”tubs were lukewarm and extremely busy. The staff were great but overall the pool was so busy we didn’t get chairs for 2 days during our stay. Lastly all the food at the restaurants was mostly cold and lacked quality and flavor. This was our first experience here.

Wonderful resort that combines both beach and jungle atmospheres and many pools. Staff was very accommodating and courteous. We will certainly go there again.
