They canceled my reservation The hotel randomly canceled my reservation a few days before my arrival. When I called to inquire, the customer service was dismissive and downright rude. No responses via email either. I finally reached someone two days later who was able to get my room back. The hotel itself is spacious and comfortable. The showers need recaulking due to mold.

Even with a number of fine motels at EVERY exit in North Charleston, the Residence Inn has very good points of its own. I'd vote for the full-size refrigerator, among others, and this establishment has many good parts of its own, as well. Good place!

Recommend Hotel in Charleston The booked room type was not available, customer service did a great job and got it corrected.Other than that the staff was nice and helpful. Hotel was great, clean and quiet.

The staff and the cleaning of our room was excellent, if we ever come back i definitely will consider staying here again. The breakfast was simply delicious.

The problem concerned the shuttle. It was impossible to get them on the phone and it never came. However, the hotel gave me consideration and made my stay very pleasant.

Very nice stay for our Charleston trip. The room was never serviced during the 4 days but if we had wanted it done I’m sure it would have. The staff was over-the-top friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. We even recommended it to a couple we met at the tennis tournament
