Our stay at hotel marroad was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helped to arrange for the shuttle service back and to gora station. Hotel views were nice and facing the valley and we appreciated the complementary drinks and snacks.

部屋はリフォーム済みで绮丽で快适でした??
温泉は改装が难しいのか古いまま。ちょっと残念。
朝食は美味しく、スタッフさんの対応も良かった点では良かったです。

Very cozy (love the vibes) and rather quiet hotel not just the rooms. Room
Only issue is the powerpoint, i cant seem to find any to plug my charging adapter. I had to use the room's extension plug that connects to the table lamp, tv.
Has a nice outdoor balcony
Cant comment much on hotel staff service and friendliness due to slight language barrier. But overall they are professional.
Location is not very convenient, had to walk up a rather steep hill to go back to hotel in the evening. Would suggest to book Uber from Gora station back to hotel, which costs about $10

A nice hotel that is a little distant from the nearest restaurants, shops and attractions. There’s a shuttle bus to the local railway station, which is useful but it stops at 6:00pm so after that you have to walk. It’s not too far but it is very steep.
Our room was in need of refurbishment, with a stained carpet and tired fittings. That said it had everything we needed.?
The onsen was a welcome facility which was very enjoyable. The ‘free-flow’ beverages from 18:00-20:00 was also a nice touch but we weren’t made aware of it and it would have passed us by if we hadn’t heard it being offered to other guests.?
Dinner was very nice but a little odd, in the sense that there was no choice and was French cuisine; it was also quite expensive. Breakfast was average with undercooked bacon, good eggs, a nice yoghurt/compote combination but no preserves to have with the (one small) croissant. Service was very good.

酒店幽静，位置相对偏远，要在强罗站再坐两站缆车到上强罗，再步行10分钟到酒店，不过入住后，酒店有车免费送往强罗站，以及山上缆车站。 有泡汤，晚上有happy hour drink

房间没问题 很大 床超级软很舒服 洗手间没有浴盆
可以淋浴 泡澡可以去大浴场
在强罗站下车 打电话会有服务人员开车来接 服务真的非常好
缺点就是离强罗站有点远 过去都是上坡
如果在箱根只住一晚这个位置不是很方便
且周围什么吃的都没有 只有一个便利店
强烈推荐箱根美术馆！

外观是古朴的欧式庄园风格，内在应该是近几年翻新过。钥匙是传统钥匙，带一个有机玻璃长条状房间牌，很有感觉。
有天然温泉私汤，可在山坡上观景泡汤。泡汤换衣休息区有按摩椅、电视等可供泡完休憩散热后再回房间，服务非常贴心。
早餐是西式定食，精致，作为早餐来讲也能吃饱。餐厅面向山坡，景色无敌。
我们到的很晚，前台也能态度很好的对应。
白天前台对应的也很好，有求必应，行李可以寄存。
床铺、榻榻米都很好，被子是鸭绒被，晚上睡得很舒服。
缺点是离开《强罗》要爬一段坡，晚上18点钱有车接送，晚了只能爬。到《公园上》走路比较近，也没那么大坡，不过到《强罗》的登山线22点还有车，到《公园上》的牵引铁路18点好像也没车了。去晚了只有爬或者打车。我们开房晚了，只有退房后享受到了送到强罗的服务。

住了东京的房间感觉，到了箱根感觉房间超级大，虽然酒店已有些年份，但服务超级好，强罗站接送服务正常是9：00—18：00，我们早上8：30寄存行李时服务人员主动提出送站，太贴心了，晚上有免费的小食，鸡尾酒，饮料等，玩了一天泡泡天然温泉去除了一天的疲劳，就是周边吃的地方不多，毕竟是山里。
