Our stay at hotel marroad was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helped to arrange for the shuttle service back and to gora station. Hotel views were nice and facing the valley and we appreciated the complementary drinks and snacks.

部屋はリフォーム済みで綺麗で快適でした??
溫泉は改裝が難しいのか古いまま。ちょっと殘念。
朝食は美味しく、スタッフさんの対応も良かった點では良かったです。

Very cozy (love the vibes) and rather quiet hotel not just the rooms. Room
Only issue is the powerpoint, i cant seem to find any to plug my charging adapter. I had to use the room's extension plug that connects to the table lamp, tv.
Has a nice outdoor balcony
Cant comment much on hotel staff service and friendliness due to slight language barrier. But overall they are professional.
Location is not very convenient, had to walk up a rather steep hill to go back to hotel in the evening. Would suggest to book Uber from Gora station back to hotel, which costs about $10

A nice hotel that is a little distant from the nearest restaurants, shops and attractions. There’s a shuttle bus to the local railway station, which is useful but it stops at 6:00pm so after that you have to walk. It’s not too far but it is very steep.
Our room was in need of refurbishment, with a stained carpet and tired fittings. That said it had everything we needed.?
The onsen was a welcome facility which was very enjoyable. The ‘free-flow’ beverages from 18:00-20:00 was also a nice touch but we weren’t made aware of it and it would have passed us by if we hadn’t heard it being offered to other guests.?
Dinner was very nice but a little odd, in the sense that there was no choice and was French cuisine; it was also quite expensive. Breakfast was average with undercooked bacon, good eggs, a nice yoghurt/compote combination but no preserves to have with the (one small) croissant. Service was very good.

酒店幽靜，位置相對偏遠，要在強羅站再坐兩站纜車到上強羅，再步行10分鐘到酒店，不過入住后，酒店有車免費送往強羅站，以及山上纜車站。 有泡湯，晚上有happy hour drink

房間沒問題 很大 床超級軟很舒服 洗手間沒有浴盆
可以淋浴 泡澡可以去大浴場
在強羅站下車 打電話會有服務人員開車來接 服務真的非常好
缺點就是離強羅站有點遠 過去都是上坡
如果在箱根只住一晚這個位置不是很方便
且周圍什么吃的都沒有 只有一個便利店
強烈推薦箱根美術館！

外觀是古樸的歐式莊園風格，內在應該是近幾年翻新過。鑰匙是傳統鑰匙，帶一個有機玻璃長條狀房間牌，很有感覺。
有天然溫泉私湯，可在山坡上觀景泡湯。泡湯換衣休息區有按摩椅、電視等可供泡完休憩散熱后再回房間，服務非常貼心。
早餐是西式定食，精致，作為早餐來講也能吃飽。餐廳面向山坡，景色無敵。
我們到的很晚，前臺也能態度很好的對應。
白天前臺對應的也很好，有求必應，行李可以寄存。
床鋪、榻榻米都很好，被子是鴨絨被，晚上睡得很舒服。
缺點是離開《強羅》要爬一段坡，晚上18點錢有車接送，晚了只能爬。到《公園上》走路比較近，也沒那么大坡，不過到《強羅》的登山線22點還有車，到《公園上》的牽引鐵路18點好像也沒車了。去晚了只有爬或者打車。我們開房晚了，只有退房后享受到了送到強羅的服務。

住了東京的房間感覺，到了箱根感覺房間超級大，雖然酒店已有些年份，但服務超級好，強羅站接送服務正常是9：00—18：00，我們早上8：30寄存行李時服務人員主動提出送站，太貼心了，晚上有免費的小食，雞尾酒，飲料等，玩了一天泡泡天然溫泉去除了一天的疲勞，就是周邊吃的地方不多，畢竟是山里。
