The customer service exceeded all the expectations. Breakfast was amazing. Valet parking so easy. The rooms are so well appoimted, comfy and cozy. Again the hospitality is excellent!
Tout était parfait, sauf l’écoute d’une préposée à l’accueil qui n’a pas su nous comprendre lorsque nous lui avons parlé des difficultés rencontrées lors d’une excursion et qui a pris la défense du guide et en nous jugeant intolérants. Le guide nous a fait croire que nos 2 cartes de crédit étaient piratées afin d’être payé en cash.
Der Name ist Programm. Die Einrichtung ist konsequent in wei? gehalten, was manchmal etwas kalt wirkt. Dafür ist es aber sehr hell auch in den Zimmern. Da meine Frau am Tag es Check in Geburtstag hatte, wurden wir mit einer Flasche Prosseco überrascht. Eine perfekte Begrü?ung. Auch sonst super nettes Personal. Das Hotel liegt an einer Stra?e mit Durchfahrtsbeschr?nkung, die man als Hotelgast aber zum Ausladen nutzen kann. Es wird ein Parkservice angeboten.
Der Service ist sehr herzlich und immer zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar und es fehlt an nichts. Der Treppenaufgang zum 1. Stock ist sehr dunkel, da der Bewegungsmelder erst oben aktiviert wird. Das ist eine gro?e Stolperfalle , die unbedingt behoben werden muss. Ansonsten vielen Dank für alles.

Atendimento do funcionários nata 1000, no 2o dia de hospedagem os gar?ons do café da manh?, já sabiam nossos nomes e confirmando o que tínhamos comido no café da manh?, foco impressionada com a memória, todos extremamente simpáticos.

We had a bucket list trip to Italy and this hotel was the best place, and really made our trip memorable and terrific! We especially loved Erika, who we called because we were lost in our car’s navigation trying to find it. Erika calmed us down and said on the phone “you’re ok, you’re close, and I’m going to stay on the phone with you until you get here” and then she quickly helped us understand why the valet service was the best route, much better than trying to find a parking spot on those busy streets! She also helped us reconfigure our room, because we had reserved it wrong, and needed an extra bed. We couldn’t have been more high maintenance, and Erika (and the housekeeping staff) could not have been more kind, accommodating and friendly. Really helpful to panicky tourists just trying to squeeze every minute into a short but meaningful vacation. She really is the superstar of the place, although the room was amazing, and the breakfast buffet deserves 10 stars. Terrific place!
