BEST EVER staff-totally honest-excellent food-amazing value for short or longer term guests. Good security.EXTREMELY helpful -honest thoughtful and obliging staff above the level of a 5 star hotel on this point!! Very good transport prices to and from the airport from outside operators- 5 star massage contacts at very good prices. WIFI is free and good (except for one room on second floor). Any maintenece need is done almost IMMEDIATELY.

Very positively surprised. I was staying twice during my four weeks vacation in the Philippines. Location is very peaceful, no messy traffic issues. Clean establishment, friendly fast service in the front desk. Room was really just fine, maybe renovation would be great idea upon next few years. Total blackout curtains. GREAT!. Balcony to customer with smoking habits. Little swimming pool has great benefit located in the middle of the building. Water temperature is fresh. Oh. It feels alike heaven in the high temperature humidity of Philippine evenings. Restaurant is lovely, food really tasty. Big plus to charming girl's working behind the desk. Very smiling and full of service attitude. Only 2 little minus was the price of western breakfast. Bacon, eggs, toast+ coffee and juice price was above 500 pesos. It's 10 Euros. It's too expensive. No free drinking water in the room.
