This hotel toilet facilities look old.
And the aircond is not facing right to bed. So the whole night we are sweating even in this winter - spring season.
And feel like they are more care about the restaurant, hotel part abit running down.

A no nonsense motel, clean and comfortable beds, part of a the hotel and bar, good food, pleasant staff. I think most of the rooms had a bath! Very close to the Lavington Centre and other outlets. Good for one or two nights

The reception staff are excellent liars. We requested a ground floor unit as I have a bad back and find it hard to walk up stairs. They told us that all ground floor units are booked. But if we pay 500 one will become available. Then there are only 3 pillows for two people and on requesting one extra we were told an extra 40? When their website claims 4 pillows a room. And this is the only hotel in the Phi without complimentary water. They also lay claim to the smallest TV money can buy at 32 inches. The room is clean, but I will never stay at this place ever again.

To be told on arrival that we were consigned the worst room without a window or any sort of a view from outside because we booked online was upsetting. Even though we paid more than their cash rate. The rooms were clean, but a 32 inch TV, is not acceptable in 2024. The air-conditioning is old noisy and tired and needs urgent replacement. We paid another 530 a night to "upgrade" so i wouldnt have to traverse the 20 steps. Our room had a remote for the AC that would not work, we found out the unit was manual. Crazy. Then their penny pinching policy of only supplying 3 pillows when their website says 4. A rort to extract 50 pesos . And the duty manager leaves at 6pm not to return until 8.30 am. So most of the time the hotel runs on remote control where the stafff cannot make a decision. The saving grace was the staff. Polite, helpful and friendly. But i get the impression they miss some proper leadership. With absentee owners this is most important. I could not recommend this hotel as there are better, cheaper alternatives available.

Very old motel need to be renovated, poor location, the window curtain can’t cover the window completely.

This is probably a 3 star hotel but the service and location are very hard to beat. h restaurant is excellent quality and very clean as is the rest rooms(CR). It is 50 yards from Fields Avenue but 95 percent of the time it is very quiet inside The area generally is GROTTY but the area is as a whole the same-One Irish and One Australian owners and the manager is a Filipina- This hotel runs like a swiss clock and the staff are all genuinely happy and can not do enough for the guests it has a nice swimming pool inside the building itself- a grood choice of rooms starting from about 1800 pesos up to 5000 pesos.. The trike drivers beside the hotel are very decent and friendly and i didnt get asked for anything extra there.100 pesos per ride is the standard fee and gets you to most places. Many different nationalities stay there but majority are probably Australian and Brittish-American. I cant say enough how good the staff are.
