Het hotel was mooi en groot maar geen 5 sterren waard. De randen van het zwembad waren geel en zwart, ik had soms het gevoel dat ik in een openbaar zwembad zat en miste details. Ook was het personeel niet vriendelijk en had ook geen interesse in ons. Toen ik vroeg om een eitje te maken bij het ontbijt keek de serveerster heel ge?rriteerd naar haar klok, en bij het uitchecken vroegen we nog 2 handdoeken om bij het zwembad te gaan liggen omdat onze vlucht pas laat was, de receptioniste keek ons vies aan en zei: het is wel de bedoeling dat je deze terug geeft. We hadden het gevoel dat we zo snel mogelijk weg moesten en niet meer welkom waren. Ook was het eten op de kaart heel duur voor wat het was, wij kwamen van het hotel D’Angelo waar er wel een enorme service geboden werd, echt een aanrader. De man die de golfkarretjes bestuurde was wel heel vriendelijk en de dames die onze kamer kwamen poetsen ook. Het ontbijt was goed maar kon beter.

Absolutes Traumhotel! Die Lage am Strand ist perfekt, der strandabschnitt selbst zwar überschaubar aber es passt. Die Poolanlage ist sehr sch?n und gepflegt, einzig die vielen V?gel die alles dreckig machen st?ren ein wenig. Das beste in diesem Hotel ist aber mit sicherheit das Personal, so freundlichen Menschen begegnet man heutzutage selten. Wirklich Top Personal. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut in beiden Restaurants, auf alle F?lle Halbpension nehmen und Zimmer würde ich ein Swim Up Zimmer empfehlen. Das Reinigungspersonal macht auch einen Top Job und die Unterhaltungen an der Bar mit dem Personal waren sehr sch?n

Everything about this hotel experience was excellent. The staff were polite, helpful, enthusiastic and multilingual. The rooms were clean, large and well stocked. The food in both restaurants was high quality, with great service. The pool was exceptional, very clean, warm and generally empty. We had a swim-up room (402) which was perfectly positioned and got the sun at least 8 hours a day. The layout of the hotel is ideal, only having 110 rooms, it was spacious whilst being compact. We only have positives to say. It’s a great choice of hotel for a quiet adults only vacation.

Fantastic Hotel, we had a 2 level accommodation, lots of added extras, immaculately clean throughout. Great pool complex, Great Food and the staff are just so friendly and helpful. Used the local electric scooters to get in and of Kos town. (taxis are a bit scarce)

We arrived at the hotel just after 2130 or so. Checked in nice and smoothly, our bags were taken by the porter straight our room. As we arrived after dinner, there was no way for us to have a meal at the restaurant, but the Hotel left 2 lovely Greek Salads in the fridge for us which was lovely. As we were advised by the reception staff that we have been given an upgrade to the room we booked, we were elated. Our room was lovely, spacious, 2 floors and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs we had our huge bed with our very comfy pillows, air-conditioning and bathroom. Downstairs there were two sleeper couches, which I must add was very comfortable just to lay on. We used this floor as our main part to get ready, shower and change as this was also where the balcony was. Our room overlooked the massive swimming pool, to be honest, I think this was the biggest swimming pool I have seen. The balcony was a little small, but worked well for me and my partner. The hotel has two restaurants, Peruzzi and Emerald. Emerald is where breakfast is served daily, which is amazing. I must say, the choice and the food on offer is outstanding. There's pastries, fruit, salad, Greek yogurt, hot and cold food, juices, coffees and teas. There's even a menu if you want to order from the breakfast menu like scrambled and fried eggs, eggs Benedict, Greek eggs, ect. My favourite was the Greek Yogurt with local honey and almonds. Delicious. Peruzzi is upstairs and serves a la carte in the evenings. The food was fabulous, served beautifully and it felt special. We absolutely enjoyed visiting Peruzzi. The staff were all friendly and happy to help. The service received was faultless from all, everyone was just lovely and made our stay absolutely fabulous. The beach opposite the hotel is for the hotel guests only and has quite a few loungers to lounge on. The beach is pebbly, but not an obstacle at all, once you're in, you're good to go. The beach is lovely though, we went every day to the beach, laid there for hours and a few hours by the pool before dinner. We loved the bar area, good selection of drinks and loads of seating area too. Most nights they'll have a live singer. This hotel was spot on and we will most certainly return, it was value for money, spacious, good service and good food. The staff all make this place. ??

On our last day at The Diamond Deluxe and have to say this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Rooms spacious and cleaned daily. Staff are amazing and so friendly they literally can't do enough for you. Pool are spotlessly clean and tidy always numerous sun loungers and umbrellas at any time of day, very quiet and peaceful around the pool. The private little beach is just opposite the hotel and a dip in the sea is definitely worth the walk across the road, sun beds on beach are free to hotel guests. Food at the hotel is out of this world. Not much in the way of potatoes as I'm a very fussy eater so I asked for some chips and had some wedges brought to me. Breakfast superb too and not rushed. The hotel is a way out of Kos town and there isn't much around the hotel if your looking for places to go and like walking around the shops but there is a bus that runs to Kos town although it can be late and can be very busy €2 each way. We took a trip to Bodrum market on Tuesday and the trip was well organised with a bus that picked you up from the hotel and dropped you back, if going to Bodrum market be prepared they are very very pushy and want you to buy. The lunch time menu was a bit pricey and if you fancy a walk for lunch turn left from the hotel and there is a beach bar 10 minutes down the road and very reasonable priced. The shop on site was also very expensive. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we will deffo be back again. The staff are a credit to the management here.

1. Ankunft: Begrü?t wird man hier mit einem erfrischenden rosa Getr?nk und einem feucht-warmen Erfrischungstuch für die H?nde. Das Personal (Rezeption + Page) empf?ngt einen herzlich. Zimmerbezug ab 15:00 Uhr. Kommt man früher, kann man die Koffer im UG abstellen und sich umziehen/duschen etc. Die Koffer werden direkt mit B?ndern beschriftet. Wir hatten Glück: Gebucht war ein Standard-Doppelzimmer mit Gartenblick. Die Rezeptionistin überraschte uns mit einem kostenfreien UPGRADE. Wir rechneten mit einem max. etwas gr??eren Zimmer… Wir wurden dann mit einem Golfmobil zum Zimmer gebracht und standen dann vor unserem eigenen kleinen H?uschen bestehend aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer mit rundem Bett, Badezimmer, Ankleide und privatem (gro?em!) Pool 1,40m Tiefe/Terrasse. (Diamond Suite mit Pool) Wahnsinn! 2. Zimmer Tipp: bei Buchung empfehle ich auf jeden Fall ein Swim Up Zimmer (die H?user sind um die riesige, sehr gepflegte Poollandschaft gebaut und die EG-Zimmer Swim Up haben jeweils eine Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zum gro?en Pool und einer Doppelliege) Sauberkeit: gut Ausstattung: sehr gut Klima: sehr gut Durch die EG-Lage kann es ab und zu mal passieren, dass sich eine kleine Ameise im Haus verirrt, was wir aber nicht schlimm fanden. 3. Anlage sehr gepflegt, verschiedene Pools unbeheizt zwischen 0,5 bis 1,50m Tiefe, 2 Whirlpools unbeheizt, Wasserf?lle, Deko-Pools, Brücken, Glasbodenplatten 4. Kulinarik Frühstück: es hat an nichts gefehlt! Lecker und frisch, sü? und herzhaft. Man kann aus Buffet und à la carte Speisen (incl) w?hlen und Getr?nke werden alle serviert (kein unhygienisches Zapfen an Saftspendern). Abendessen: 2 Restaurants Emerald: 5 Wahl-G?nge + Gru? aus der Küche, etwas gr??ere Karte (jeder wird satt!) Blick auf die Pools beim Essen Peruzzi: 4 Wahl-G?nge + Gru? aus der Küche, kleinere, etwas besonderere Karte (reichlich!) Man reserviert jeden Morgen seinen Timeslot (Peruzzi ist begehrt, Tipp: 2 Tage im Voraus w?hlen) Blick aufs Meer inkl. Sonnenuntergang Karte an der Poolbar: schmackhaft, reichlich und gute Auswahl Leckere, professionell hergestellte Cocktails (ca. 12€ +/-) Preise Getr?nke generell: Wasser 6€ 0,75l, hoteltypisch… 5. Personal ALLE sind super herzlich, flei?ig, zuvorkommend und versuchen einen den Urlaub so angenehm wie m?glich zu machen. Alle sprechen englisch, deutsch eine Kellnerin. 6. Strand Man geht vom Hotel über die Stra?e zum Strand. Es wird manchmal schnell gefahren, hier Vorsicht beim überqueren ! Vom L?rm h?rt man innerhalb der Anlage nichts. Die Diamond Suiten gehen zur Stra?e (Meerblick) raus, da h?rt man die Autos, jedoch ist es für uns nicht sehr st?rend gewesen. Der Strand (hoteleigen) ist grobsandig und mit Steinen durchsetzt, Badeschuhe sind empfohlen. Das Meer ist etwas rauher. Leider wird links und rechts neben dem Hotelstrand wenig gepflegt und gereinigt… (ein generelles Problem auf Kos und nicht hotelspezifisch) 7. Unterhaltung Dezent, abends gibt es entweder einen DJ
