My husband and I visited Kos for the first time last year in September to attend a relatives wedding. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had booked something special. Despite it being very late, the staff were friendly and tentative. Our cases were taken from us and we were driven in a little buggy to what we thought was our room, only to discover that we had been upgraded due to availability on the exact dates we were staying. The apartment was simply amazing, furnished with the very best and sparkling clean, and came with a private pool overlooking the beach. Over the coming days, we were constantly greeted and looked after by the best staff, and enjoyed beautiful food and well made drinks with complimentary snacks. In a matter of days, the staff remembered our habits, orders and previous conversations, making us feel so welcome. You can really relax in this hotel, with a choice of pools, sun lounger locations, a poolside bar, spa and gym. And it gets better ... while you may think that the hotel is a little secluded, you can get a bus outside the hotel into the Kos Town and rent whatever you want, such as cars, buggies and pushbikes (i recommend the electric bikes) from a local shop, who will deliver and collect from the hotel! So everything is at your fingertips to either relax in style or explore the island. We loved this hotel so much that we have booked this year. Great hotel for relaxing and recharging the batteries, staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. Pool and room always clean and tidy.

Sehr sch?nes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, besonders Frau CHRISA die sich stets freundlich und kompetent um ihre G?ste bemüht hat. Als sehr negativ muss ich leider die Schlafqualit?t durch ( für mich) viel zu kleinen Doppelbetten (160!?!) mit durchgelegener, versiffter, absolut viel zu weicher Matratze, bewerten. Der Hotelstrand ist leider auch zu vergessen.

We maintain strict hygiene standards and regularly inspect all mattresses and bedding to ensure cleanliness and comfort. If you found your mattress to be dirty or uncomfortable, this should have been brought to our attention during your stay so we could have addressed it promptly. We take all guest concerns seriously and are always ready to resolve any issues to ensure a comfortable experience. Regarding the beachfront, please note that it is part of an ecologically protected area, which legally limits the maintenance and development we can carry out there. While this helps preserve the natural environment, we understand it may not meet all guests’ expectations, and we continue to do what we can within these constraints.

Bella esperienza, hotel elegante,pulito,curato . Personale super attento ad ogni esigenza, gentile e simpatico. Cucina ottima piatti ricercati, con colazione mista buffet più a la carte, cena nei due ristoranti a là carte inclusi; in caso di intolleranze o allergie vengono creati piatti appositi o modificati.

Wow! What a brilliant hotel. From the moment we walked through the doors all the staff were so helpful and welcoming. A special shout out to Kostas and Vodkha in the restaurant and the funny Despina in the pool bar who even said goodbye to us as we waited at the bus stop for our coach. The meals were excellent, 5 courses at dinner if you could manage it. Drinks were premium prices. Breakfast was plentiful ( but no bananas!). Rooms were excellent, walk in shower, lovely toiletries, comfy bed. There is a coffee pod machine in the rooms which made decent coffee but lousy tea, ( not boiling water) so could have done with a kettle really as us Brits like a cuppa. Pool bar was great with good selection of food but felt that there could have been some more lighter meals. All their servings were generous. Sun beds plentiful, pools very clean but chilly. That said there’s also a beach area across the road. My swim in the Aegean was very refreshing. There’s a bus stop to Kos City right outside the hotel. We did try to get a taxi at one stage but gave up after waiting an hour. So cars or bicycles definitely a bonus. We did a trip through Jet2, tour of the island which was excellent with Constantine as our guide. What a knowledgeable chap. Brilliant day out with Big Travel. All in all, a great week in a premium hotel as my bill did show!

- Baustil, Poollandschaft und Zimmer sehr ansprechend und sch?n. - Personal sehr freundlich. - Essen sehr gut. - Lage etwas au?erhalb, aber Bus direkt vor der Tür. - Strand sehr schmutzig und ungepflegt, auch die Liegen sehr schmutzig. - sehr sch?nes Bad, aber Armaturen nur schwer zu bedienen. Und kein einziger Haken zum Handtuch aufh?ngen - Die Plastikstühle auf allen Balkons lassen sich nur schieben und das ist sehr laut. Somit hat man den ganzen Tag keine Ruhe, kaum das man ein wenig eingeschlafen w?re rückt wieder ein Zimmerm?dchen die Stühle auf dem Balkon. - Pool: Liegen o.k., aber morgens nass und dreckig, man muss vom Zimmer ein Handtuch mitnehmen ( was man ja eigentlich nicht darf) um sie trocknen Zu wischen. - Personal an der Poolbar relativ unaufmerksam, shakert lieber als das es G?ste bedient.

Bathroom Hooks: Instead of traditional towel hooks, each room includes a ladder-style rack designed for hanging towels and clothes. Pool Towels: We kindly ask guests not to use room towels at the pool. Dedicated pool towels are available—just ask at the reception or pool bar, and we’ll be happy to provide them. Pool Bar Service: We’re sorry to hear your impression of the pool bar service. This is not in line with the level of attentiveness and hospitality we aim to provide. Our pool bar team is usually known for being friendly and responsive, and we will be sure to review this feedback with them to ensure that all guests receive the high standard of service we are known for. Beach Conditions: While our location is clearly marked on our website, we understand that the condition of the nearby public beach can vary. Having stayed previously at the Diamond Boutique hotel, we have just returned from our second visit to the Diamond Deluxe. We travelled with our daughter, and stayed in one of the private pool suites. Our rooms were spacious and immaculate. Our cleaner was brilliant - always smiling whenever we saw him around the resort. In fact, the whole resort is immaculate. Comfortable sun-beds around the pools and the beach, and never a problem getting three beds together. Buffet breakfast, with an option to order from a menu too. 5 course dinner - menu in the main restaurant changed daily and a different menu on the rooftop restaurant. Food is beautifully presented and delicious! We couldn’t manage all 5 courses - we needed to save room for the deserts! The staff really make this hotel. Taking time to chat at mealtimes, saying hello around the hotel - nothing is too much trouble! We hired bikes for three days through reception and cycled into Kos Town. The rest of our stay was spent relaxing. Thank you again to Nectaria for helping to make our holiday perfect

Wir haben hier einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Suite No.1 verbracht. Sehr ger?umig mit gro?em Privatpool. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr stimmig gestaltet und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Da die Suiten stra?enseitig sind h?rt man den Verkehr hat uns pers?nlich aber nicht gest?rt. Wir k?nnen das Hotel für Paare uneingeschr?nkt empfehlen.
