A good 10 day stay at this hotel. Most of the staff were very friendly and the food at lunch was really nice. A special shoutout to Harry who went above and beyond every day when he seen us. Was very warm and welcoming from the get go and never stopped. Overall the stay was good and quite satisfying. Although the rooms could do with upgrading and the entertainment throughout the day needed to be better around the pool.

Just got back from 10 days in Pine Valley, have been here a few times over last 18 years and always come back to this hotel, last year we stayed at Green Forest not a patch on PV, no atmosphere on the evening whereas at PV the evening entertainment was really good especially The Sensations & Ethiopian circus, Bruno & Leo do a great job making everyone feel welcome, the hotel staff are very professional always cleaning up mess left by those too inconsiderate to pick up there selves, the bar & restaurant work tirelessly all day & night. Special shout out to Harry, Jimmy & of course Bruno ??

Otel ingiliz oteli, resepsiyonda soyluyorlar zaten, Turk aileler olarak sayimiz azdi. Odalar kucuk ama kullanisli, temizlik konusunda sikinti yasamadik. Kahvaltida aradigimiz herseyi bulduk, gayet lezzetliydi. Hem yetiskin havuzu hemde aquaparkli cocuk havuzu temizdi. Ormanin kenarinda cam agaclari arasinda hos ortamdi. Oludeniz tatilimizde tekrar konaklayabilcegimiz bir otel oldu bizim icin.

A first time in Turkey for our family of four; and we'd more than likely be heading back. Pine Vally was perfect for our needs; great location, perfect for families, and the staff are excellent. Special shout out to Harry, Bruno, Leo and the gang of whom were all top draw.

Had 10 days of lovely weather , Hotel is in a brilliant location and only a 5-10 minute walk into the main restaurants, Bars and Shops. Hotel Staff are all really helpful especially Harry , Jimmy pool and Bar and Mustafa the bell boy , would recommend this hotel and we will be back again , we were also here Last July for 10 days but it was a bit too hot for us .

Lovely clean rooms and grounds, staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. The hotel is ideally located 5 minute walk to lots of shops bars and restaurants. Breakfast is good in the hotel always found something we liked and the food from the pool bar is really nice too. The hotel has a cashless system so everything bought in the hotel is charged to your room but this is fine as long as you don’t forget to pay it every couple of days or it quickly adds up! Housekeeping ladies are so kind and work really hard, rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding every other day. The maintenance team are always busy making sure the grounds are kept spotless! The hotel has its own small shop where you can buy drinks and snacks from and some are allowed to be consumed at the pool but some are not so only for in your room, the man in the shop will sticker the things you wish to take to the pool. You can pay for the use of a safe which is in the hotel reception area think it’s about ￡2 per day. The evening entertainment is really good both inside and outside the hotel there’s lots to see and do around the hotel so you won’t be bored. There are tortoises in the hotel in an enclosure which the kids loved to watch! The water slides are really good fun and are very safe because there’s always someone stood at the top making sure it’s safe to go. There’s a games room with a soft play area where there’s always a member of staff keeping an eye on the kids, kids club is very good to they did pizza making(Wednesdays) which our kids enjoyed and went to twice. We just loved this hotel and area everyone is lovely and made a fuss of the kids every day, we didn’t meet all of them but Harry, Jimmy & Mustafa who we saw every day made us feel so at home! This isn’t an overly posh hotel but it’s very clean and just perfect for a relaxing break where you can be yourself and have fun! We’ll be back I’m sure! Thankyou hotel pine valley ??
