While we are glad our team was able to address it, we understand that requiring multiple attempts is not the experience we aim to provide. Please know that we take maintenance concerns seriously and have reinforced our follow-up procedures to prevent similar situations.As a historic boutique hotel, our property does feature multiple levels and stairways, which are part of its original 1960s architecture and charm. However, we always want our guests to feel comfortable and well-informed, and we are happy to recommend more accessible room options whenever possible.Regarding the room upgrade offer, we offer upgrades to better rooms availables, as well as optional breakfast packages that can be added. Our intention is always to enhance the guest experience, never to create confusion.We truly regret that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you would not choose to return. Regarding the sister property’s rooftop pool, we do have a minimum food/drink policy for non-staying guests during peak times .
