Guest：you really need to consider the reality of a small, aged, boutique hotel. Charming doesn't count when there is no water in the upper rooms, it takes 3 tries over 2 days to get a working AC and there are multiple winding stairs to many rooms that would make this a nightmare for anyone with mobility issues. Only discount we could get for the inconvenience (thank you to the sympathetic front desk staff) was to cut our 'additional charges' in half. As soon as we booked with ******* we got an email from the hotel directly offering a better room that had just come free, with breakfast for a daily fee paid directly to the hotel. We would not stay here again.: 2026-02-01

Guest：Our rating is 4.5 stars. Beautiful boutique hotel. Authentic Mexican decor and charm. Very clean and pretty quiet. Wonderful staff. Great location. The only reason we didn’t rate a 5 star is the WiFi and cell signal were spotty but still decent. Everything else was wonderful and we would recommend staying. The sister hotel is just as beautiful and the roof top pool is a must with breathtaking views!: 2026-02-01
