It was a pleasant surprise to find this hotel. Super friendly staff, great food, super close to some good restaurants. I would recommend anyone coming to Buga to stay here.

Hotel Guadalajara - Hidden Charges
I have stayed here several times without issue, rooms are basic but functional, its main attraction is large outdoor pool. On check-in which was late at night, I was charged an extra $100,000 pesos, for additional person, I was compelled to pay this, however on checking their Terms & Conditions, it clearly states the following: "...prices are based on 2 guests staying" So I was force to pay a surcharge. Do not book at this hotel until you are guaranteed to purchase price. Breakfast on the second day was very poor almost non-existent, went to local café instead. I will not use the hotel again

Muy buen hotel en Buga
Un hotel colonial, muy grande y bonito para usa ciudad tan peque?a como Buga. Creo que es la mejor opción, cerca de la catedral. El desayuno buffet muy rico

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. La piscina y el jacuzzi son súper buenos. El restaurante tiene comida muy buena y de diferentes precios. Es cerca a la catedral, puedes irte caminando a ella. Los taxis en buga no son costosos, está a 7.100 pesos la carrera a cualquier parte dentro de buga. El hotel es bueno pero muy viejo. Los muebles son súper viejos y le falta algo de mantenimiento al hotel como en pintura y demás, sin embargo, esto no da?ó nuestra estadía. No son flexibles con late check out.

Beautiful Stay
Very nice stay. Employees were professional. Pool/Jacuzzi were immaculate. Breakfast was superb. Very clean.

Iets te weinig waar voor je geld
Het is een relatief duur hotel, en het ontbijt en de bediening was goed ( ontbijt is echt Colombiaans) . Echter voor deze prijs verwacht je geen gordijnen die eigenlijk niet dicht te doen zijn, maar 1 stoel op de kamer, en geen mogelijkheid om buiten je kamer te zitten ( behalve in restaurant of bar, waar je wat betaald moet drinken. De bedden waren goed, de douche redelijk schoon en het zwembad natuurlijk heerlijk! Bedenk dat Buga een zeer populair bedevaartsoord is, dus prijzen zijn hoger dan wij hadden verwacht ( we wisten dit niet vooraf). Je kunt lopen vanaf het busstation, net iets meer dan een km.

The Hotel is a lovely place, with lovely gardens, reception, and restaurant, the pool is particularly impressive and large. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with good Wi-Fi and air-con and bathroom facilities. The Breakfast is the norm for Colombia and restaurant food is more or less OK, the Limonada der coco needs improving, it should not be warm but cold with crushed ice.

La atención de los meseros muy buena. La comida deliciosa. En la reception senti que se querian aprovechar de mi y me estaban cobrando un impuesto qué como extranjera no tenia que pagar. El dia del check out me querian cobrar 638.000 pesos de la totalidad de los días que estuve hospedada siendo qué ya todo estába pagado. Muy en desacuerdo con esa politica de aprovecharse de los extranjeros.
