El servicio en la recepción debe tener más amabilidad, el servicio en los jacuzzi a es difícil para que te lleven alimentos (aunque dicen q los ofrecen)… es muy bonito el hotel y las instalaciones ! Pero tienen graves problemas de servicio

En el hotel todo estuvo muy bien, pero había puesto en la aplicación que mi esposo iba en silla de ruedas, con movilidad reducida y no informaron al hotel, no tenían habitación en piso altos sin ascensor, tuvieron que reacomodar y fue algo vergonzoso.

The accommodations were spacious, with ample shelf and closet space that provided convenience. Our only regret was not staying longer, as the experience was nothing short of wonderful. We highly recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable stay!

Great hotel for a great city
Great stay, as usual. Staff are friendly and the property is beautifully maintained. Room was comfortable and the wifi access throughout the whole property is a great touch.
