This resort is ideal if you are looking for a family vacation with kids everywhere. Unfortunately, that was not our situation. Four adults traveling together and spent one night in southern Tenerife. The resort is very noisy, limited A/C in the rooms, showers flood the bathroom floors and overall, a miserable place on the inside. I need to note that we had two rooms on different floors and they both had the same issues. You are also charged to use the fitness facilities. On a positive note, the resort is beautiful outside, very conveniently located, and has a great breakfast. It’s worth spending more to stay at a nicer resort.

Mejoras Nos encantó el hotel en general la gente en recepción un encanto,pero me habría gustado que las actuaciones fuesen hasta un poco más tarde. Por poner un pero mejoraría un poco lo que es la calidad de la fruta, excepto el zumo de naranja que era natural y estaba buenísimo. El resto de la fruta era un poco insípida.Lo que no nos ha parecido bien es que tengas que pagar 20 € extra para ir a un gimnasio después de estar una semana hospedada en el Hotel a media pensión, debería estar incluido en el precio de los huéspedes.

Great trip. Thanks Absolutely brilliant hotel & great for kids. Breakfast was really good & no issues finding sunbeds. We will definitely be back.
