首先很感谢携程?对我投诉的响应，因为这个当地老牌的酒店衞生实在堪忧。因为参加展会，所以选择一个比较近的地方，下面就有超市什么都很不错。但真的这个环境让我住不下去。不明白为什么店家不可以换一些乾净的东西。???住了三个晚上赶紧跑了。?

房间视野比较好，对着一个很大的草坪，早上起来可以晒到很舒服的阳光。房间衞生还可以，就是偶尔有小蟑螂，酒店比较旧了。工作人员服务还是很好的，不过我没有给小费。

还行，不太讲究，装修比较老，房间设备有点陈旧主要是位置比较好，后面就是个商场出租车??过来记得前台刷卡，否则停车就收费

Karyawan ramah anak & cepat respon sewaktu kami butuh bantuan. Kamar bersih, fasilitas bagus, lengkap (ada hairdryer). Resto nyaman (ada playground). Menu sarapan banyak pilihan, semua enak (ada apem & waffle). Anak saya 15 bulan sarapan bubur ayam kuah soto, buah potong pepaya & melon. Lobby hotel punya spot foto estetik. Akses langsung ke Mall, staycation terasa lebih menyenangkan, tidak perlu bawa cemilan dari rumah, ada supermarket & banyak alternatif pilihan tempat makan. Turun naik dari kendaraan online aman misal kondisi hujan tidak khawatir basah (bisa dari depan hotel atau depan Mall Teraskota).

The location is strategically connected to Teraskota so it's not too boring, the room is clean, I'm just a bit doubtful whether the bed sheet is changed for each new guest because it has a strange smell, the room also needs a freshener, the sound of outside vehicles really penetrates the room, the sound of the AC is also quite disturbing, the staff is friendly and helpful.
