地点很好，在市中心唐人街附近。周围有很多商场和餐厅。交通也很方便。服务员态度很好，很亲切。就是房间有点儿小。设施比较旧。退房前一天有一部电梯坏了，第二天退房还没修好。我们提着行李等唯一剩下的电梯。半小时才到楼下。希望改善。

Very good location, walking distance to most places. Room is small but it has everything. No room keeping for all 3 nights I stayed. Room insulation is poor, can hear the noise from corridor and next door clearly.

The hotel location is superb and convenience to go for food and shopping. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.. will book agian if return to Melborne.

第一次住这酒店，在市中心，核心地段，十分方便，在酒店旁有各大商店，有很多餐厅，十分热闹，房间设施充足，酒店职员很好?

客房安静乾净衞生。酒店就在墨尔本tram free zone的中心，出行City walk非常便利。附近的qv就有大型超市，吃饭选择也很多

房间不如全家，早餐不行，蛋都是煎糊了睡了浑身痒，套了两件衣服才好一点一股廉价装修风，要了五星酒店的价格头顶的喷淋很吓人没有矿泉水同事房间有，比较随意
