Chill & relax place. Situated at Clark area. Many koreon businesses are sprouting at this location. Long stay American are retiring here.

We arrived late in the evening but the room prepared smells smoke and our kid has asthma Nonetheless they are easy to talk to for our needs like breakfast at room Thank you

The hotel design is nice but very old and the repairs that have been done are of a poor quality. We stayed in the Royal suite(best room) The sink and toilet were blocked. Wanted to use the bath but was scared it wouldn’t drain. The bfast food was bad raw egg toast that wasn’t toasted crispy bacon that wasn’t even when it was sent back twice. They told us that’s there style but the menu picture say different The staff were helpful but still charged us 1000 ph per day for a dirty mattress on the floor for our son Don’t recommend it to anyone

Generally mababait mga staff. Goods ang aircon!? Kaya lang…? Yung TV walang maayos na signal. Normal lang not Smart. Mahina internet, sobrang hina. Minsan wala pang signal. Kahit data mahina kasi yung room ko medyo kulob. May ipis. 3 days ako dun hindi nagkusa ang housekeeping to clean. Sira din yung hot water sa CR ng 1-2 days. Yung parking maliit lang katabi ko pa mga basura. Maingay din ng kaunti kapag may housekeeping sa ibang rooms. Dinig na dinig. Natatanggal din pala ung stuffing ng comforter.? Di na ko nagtatawag sa kanilapara ayusin ‘to, lipat ako dun kasi Xmas e. Kakahiya mangabala. Again, mababait mga staff at goods ang aircon.

克拉克酒店，印象最深门前有一只三色猫，非常听话可爱，门口保安及服务人员也非常亲切，房间设施需求设施环境一般，交通也算便利，价钱合理，附近也有多间massage，?如衰到克拉克，值得一试

Good and freindly front desk & security. Wifi gets down at night and also experinced wifi down in the morning as well. Lots of hotel customers was complaining about the wifi and did not solve the issue fully as wifi is also connected to the TV so unable to watch TV channels as well. Pest Control is required for the rooms as well.

Not a bad location. Excellent front office staff. The night security guard is real professional, so any trouble - he will sort out the issues. Clean bed linen. Unfortunately the rooms need more maintenance as grout is brownish at several spots. The shower heads are not very helpful when on the wall ?? ! Unfortunately many scammers in AC nowadays and even pickpockets ! Of course that's nothing to do with the hotel !!!

Room is decent and clean, but they do not have a room with twin beds or connecting room. Our request for an adjacent room was granted. The toilet has bidet and hot and cold shower, basic bathroom supplies are present - shampoo, soap, and dental kit. Extra supplies are also available but with extra charge. One of the rooms we booked didn't cool enough, they were not able to fix it so we requested to change rooms but the only available room was a smoking room so we just requested for an electric which they gladly provided. Overall it was a peaceful stay
