The villa is big but needs to improve more for cleanliness, we’ve got the room at 3 pm and the first thing we see is all dusty & hair behind the door and also small cockroach. The service was okay, need to improve on small details such as booking restaurant Baan Dam ( seafood) in advance even you stay in the hotel.

酒店离华欣夜市跟海边有点距离但酒店有提供接送，叫计程车差不多100泰铢，酒店提供的设备齐全，SPA提供住客75%折扣，空间很漂亮，房务人员的服务很好，1天帮忙整理3次以上。

进入酒店就像走进热带森林，满眼葱郁很舒服。酒店离闹市区不远，app叫车很方便，环境一流，服务也很好。下午有巧克力时光，酒店餐厅晚上美且好吃，生日还特别送了巨好吃的蛋糕，体验感很棒。

酒店大环境非常好，早餐丰盛，还有免费的巧克力时光下午茶，我们定的泄湖房面积很大，吊脚楼的的布局以及大露台像极了清迈四季酒店，性价比很高，唯一美中不足的是是露台清洁不到位，很多落叶，临海游泳池清洁有待提高

The environment is good and stay comfortable, just faced the water supply disruption twice a day on 2nd day during my stay and made us inconvenient. BTW, the resort is sincere to apologise on the problem and give us some special privilege such as waiver of in room dining and free transfer to bus station. The service and how they treat their customers as well as the attitude of receptionist almost perfect when the incident happened. Highly recommended to stay in this resort when visiting Hua Hin where the view is awesome too.

整个饭店感觉非常的渡假风，连住两晚，非常放松自在！4～6点的Happy hour （买一送一）也很值得！唯一一个缺点就是浴缸的水不够热，是温水！早上去柜台反应，说会有人来处理，我们就放心的出门了！结果晚上回来，浴缸水仍然是温的！似乎没有维修过！退房时再次抱怨，也是没反应！餐饮费説可以累积雅高会员点数，结果也没有收到！除去这两点，其他都很棒！是值得再来的饭店！
