As travellers transiting to other destinations The Loft Hotel is the perfect place to stay as the location and design of the hotel enables the traveller to access a calm oasis within the busy streets of Siliguri. The rooms are large, well appointed and the wifi is fast and reliable. Staff are extremely helpful and are able to answer your questions and quires in real time. The heart of the Hotel is the superb restaurant and staff. We have been fortunate to have breakfast, lunch and dinner inclusive of room service from The Loft’s signature restaurant the Saffron a number of times. The menu provides a selection of fresh, flavoursome culinary delights - infused with a selection of rich herbs and spices to please the taste buds of any diner. In particular, we found the soups as a great starter- they are light with a selection of chunky vegetables cooked to perfection allowing the full flavours to infuse and combine with the other ingredients and still hold the crunch. The Saffron Culinary staff are highly professional and have a deep knowledgeable of each dish - this allowed us to expand and explore our pallets. Special mention must go to - Birendra, Ayush, Prayash, Eman and Luckey who went out of their way to ensure we had the most memorable culinary experience.

What I liked the most is the level of security. I like staying in local hotels in politically unstable countries. The hotel is discreet and it is hard to know it is a hotel. It requires buzzing in twice like a jewelry store to enter, then walking up a flight of stairs. My room was up an additional flight. I felt very safe and secure. The decor is lovely and very Ralph Lauren. However, it looks like they forgot to renovate the showers, which were meh. The breakfast also looked meh, so I skipped it. But in a country like Mali, excellent security is paramount and the hotel seemed very safe.

Огромный номер Одна большая кровать, отдельная односпальная кровать и диван еще- короче для компании или семьи отлично будет. Кафе огромный плюс, т.к. была непогода, гололед- никуда не выбраться, а тут уютно и вкусно! По парковке лучше уточнять есть ли место.

I booked this hotel as I did not find good enough hotels in Bagdogra. To my surprise, the hotel had 18X12 feet big rooms with 4X18 feet bathroom. Food was delicious from the in house restaurant. Service was top class. Taxi for airport drop was also arranged promptly in time. I did not see ant loop hole in the service overall.

Convenient and walking distance to a few eateries. Local flavors as well as a burger joint. The room was clean and spacious, had a tv in sitting area and bedroom with YouTube and Netflix. The Wi-Fi worked great.

Заехали поздно вечером, в двухместном номере полотенца и индивидуальные наборы в ванной оказались только на одного человека. По просьбе полотенца принесли. В номере чисто, постельное белье старое, но чистое. А вот одеяла оказались в пятнах. Утюг в холле практически не работает, постоянно отключается и течёт. Персонал доброжелательный. Но вот что действительно порадовало, это кафе на первом этаже. Уютное, с очень вкусной кухней. Приветливые официанты. Завтраки, отдельная благодарность! Сытно, вкусно!

But I’ll have to say that it’s convenient for restaurants entertainment and they are friendly just don’t particularly care for leaky toilet and the room. I actually left the next day and my reservation is for 3 days in a suit room. I went to Cagayan and stayed at Seda Hotel. I wasted 2 days rent.

The curtains are not blackout kaya as early as 5am sobrang liwanag na so room.. Very noisy sa gabi until 12mn since its nearby restaurants, coffee shop, bar with live bands. Not recommended sa mga gustong mag staycation.
