Good quality hotel in Siliguri, well maintained and clean. All the staff are very accommodating. The restaurant has an excellent range on the menu and the quality is superb. We ate there all the time. Also restaurant staff are very helpful ??

The rooms are big, airy, spotlessly clean. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. Food is delicious. Location is excellent. This has been my favorite hotel since many years. Couldn't ask for more.

This hotel is a very good value for money. Staff is very helpful, rooms are spazio is and confortable with all amenities like water and coffee/tea making facilities. Breakfast was also good! It is quite close to SILIGURI JN railway stations.

Удобство расположения зависит от того на машине вы или нет. Без машины вполне ок. Парковки своей у отеля считай нет, есть общий дворик в котором люди паркуется кто как влезет. Рядом речной вокзал и запаковать машину целая проблема.

Cannot fault this place at all. Lovely staff clean bright room . Guests need to be made aware that if sleeping in the front of the property it's unlikely you will get any sleep at all. Constant noise from delinquents driving loud cars pumping out drill and rap noise at least until 4 am. When this was reported to staff they shrugged and went ' what can you do?'. Is there no law enforcement in Ballina????
