The staff was friendly the bed was comfortable the room was nice only thing we had a issue with is the TV worked some of the time and the AC unit had issues but other then that it was nice

Nice hotel and great location. Room was clean and spacious.The only inconvenient was our key cards would not work to get inside our room, pool, and business center. We had to go to the front desk multiple times for help.

Very convenient to colonial Williamsburg, clean, nice beds, indoor pool was great for kids. Nice staff but they were very tied up so wondering of they were under staffed a bit. Nice lobby.

Our room had issues with ac so room stayed warm the whole trip. Also the tv stations kept cutting in and out, not sure why, but overall it was a clean and quiet stay.

Great place to stay We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 kids. The double queen suite was perfect for the 4 of us. Staff was friendly and the hotel was in close proximity to water country and historic williamsburg.

Great little discreet hotel. Flys under the radar. Large rooms/suites. Staff fairly non participatory but really who cares. Nice stay.
