The hotel location is so convenient. Building is old. The sink in the bathroom was not working on the first day. But the staff switched us to another room instead. The problem is the staff ripped my passport when I checked in. I have to reapply a new one and reapply new visa. It’s over $300 cost. They do apologized but nothing helped.
My stay at this hotel was largely disappointing. The breakfast, though limited in variety, was satisfying in taste, which was a small highlight. However, the room’s cleanliness was unacceptable. Visible stains from my face gel remained on the sink, hair lingered in the shower, and crumbs were left on the table. Housekeeping merely replaced towels and emptied the trash, falling short of expectations for a clean and welcoming space. Additionally, the front desk staff handed over the key without any explanation or greeting, which felt impersonal and unprofessional. Overall, the experience did not meet basic hospitality standards, and I will not return. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve future guest experiences.
Close to town center next to a shopping center, no major attractions nearby but bicycles are available to get around, and subway station is very close, breakfast is also good, nice dawn duvet , very comfortable bed and pillows
