Guest：房间面积大，设施很好，从房间能眺望滹沱河，景观不错，美中不足是酒店接待总有一种老国企的感觉，高高在上，不论是办理入住、退房，全程无笑容，十分冷淡: 2024-10-01

Guest：整个宾馆豪华气派，品味非凡，硬件精良，是正定区最贵的酒店。可是忍不住还是想吐个糟：1、房间及楼道??户都锁上了，不透气，虽然服务员説已开业四年，但住进去还是会感觉憋闷。空调也开不了，服务员大姐挺好，也来帮忙，还是不行，最后把房间窗户开了锁并打开，又给配了一台风扇吹，空气才流通些。可问题是晩上开窗大货车经过时声音很大，关上窗又闷热，简直无法入睡。2、如此高大上的酒店，早餐咖啡机却没配咖啡杯，服务员让我用柱状杯喝，咖啡味道就不説了。3、酒店没有任何提示説准备的简易拖鞋需要付费，按照我们走南闯北的惯性，带走了路上换脚。结果车到半路接到宾馆电话説要付费，一双25元，我去！反正下次再也不会住了。: 2024-04-01
