Opening on June 15, 2026. Located at the intersection of Midosuji and Nagahori-dori, with direct access to Osaka Metro “Shinsaibashi” Station. Positioned on the upper floors (16–28F) of a mixed-use development, it weaves a story from waterside to streetscape and up to the sky, refining enduring comfort amid a constantly evolving city.

The 26th-floor lobby and all-day dining gently receive the city’s light and set the rhythm of the day, while the 27th-floor fitness and the 28th-floor guest-exclusive lounge and rooftop terrace & bar shape a serene social venue open to the sky.
