酒店位置跟Google map显示的不一样应该要定位在Matsu cafe 房间看到的风景很美跟网上的图是一模一样的房间也很大淋浴区都能看到风景热水也够只是下去房间的路如果拿着行李箱要枱下石台阶会有点累还有有虫虫会进去房间之外整体都非常好附近走5分钟左右就有间spa也不错的非常推介去sapa的人想远离市区看山景的人来住！。

Definitely a nice place to stay in Sapa! The environment and location are great, and the service is excellent. Matsu Coffee, owned by the same owner, is also a chill spot — the coffee and food are delicious. The only downside is that the stairs can be quite slippery during the rainy season.

Didn’t change bedding and told them to change it. Environment is a chill place for relax. Found difficult to reach there, also road was very slippery. Bungalow 3 room has beautiful views.

Tempat yg cantik, tp bilik air bau kepam. Kebersihan kurang memuaskan.. tak sesuai utk org tua sbb bilik ke bawah naik turun tangga.. Dan location yg tidak jelas.. bahagian dpn takde tulis nama hotel . Tp view mmg cantik..

D home 10 Sapa was perfect for our stay in Sapa. We communicated easily prior to checking in to provide some guidance on how to locate the property (don't go to d home sapa 10 on Google maps, Matsu cafe is the correct location on maps for the hotel). The room and view itself (provided in pictures) was phenomenal and exceeded all expectations. We generally walked to and from the property to get to town which is a short walk up hill from the property to town. The bed was super comfy and the lodge space was large enough for the two of us. We would absolutely stay here again if in Sapa!

My first solo birthday trip to Sapa was truly special. I don’t regret my decision to book this accommodation at all — the view from the room and the surrounding area was surreal and exactly as advertised. Communication with the owner was acceptable. I had hoped they could accommodate my request for an early check-in since I was traveling on my birthday. Small gestures like this can make a big difference in the overall experience. Unfortunately, I was informed that there would be an additional charge for early check-in, which I understand. However, since I did not proceed with the early check-in request, I expected the room to be in clean and ready condition upon arrival. Sadly, there were hairs on the bedsheet and next to the bed, as well as some stains on the sheet, which indicated that it had not been properly cleaned before my check-in. There is also a café on the property called Matsu Café, where guests can enjoy coffee and meals (non-halal). I visited twice during my stay. The barista was very nice and friendly. On my departure day, while I was waiting for my transport, he kindly offered me a cup of hot tea, which I truly appreciated.

The vibe is cozy and the atmosphere is very great. The staff are warmly welcome.I really like the view from our view both day and night.The room is clean. The toilet is also clean. I would like to suggest one thing that is about the D home sapa 10 does not see in google map and also matsu cafe location is wrong in map. Please check and correct this one. others are all okay. One of the best homestays I’ve ever stayed at! The host was super fast in replying and all the staff were really polite and kind. The view definitely did not disappoint. If you love nature and a quiet, relaxing environment, this is the perfect homestay for you. Will definitely come again!
