Guest：Best in class resort for design and hardware. Exceptional personal touch by managers and senior team. Terrific on-site dining options. Love the Italian, Chinese and Japanese restaurants. Ski in ski out. Beautiful indoor pool and jacuzzis. Equipped gym. Private onsens available in certain room types. Bit of a indoor bug infestation problem and general staff need more training, given hotel rate class. Otherwise the nearest to perfection stay in any ski resort anywhere in the world!

Guest：The hotel is very good nice real nice room nice food. I try almost all the restaurant in the hotel because I spend 8 night there and my family plays ski and snowboard almost every day. We love the environment around there. It’s so cool if you had a chance we will go back again soon.
