  • Guest：The front desk clerk didn’t know how to process and check us in or make a duplicate key. He kept telling us to come back in 5 mins. The floor in the room was mopped w a soar towel. It had a very strong oder. He was kind enough to not charge us for our dogs, because he didn’t have any there to clean it up.
  • Guest：After booking a king bed handicap room, we were told they overbooked and the best we could get was 2 queens. Hallways were very musty smelling, and the carpets were in dire need of a good vacuuming. They did have dehumidifiers in the hallways to combat the wet smell?
  • Guest：Parking was good. Room was not clean. Smashed roach on wall. Spill on wall behind night stand. Sticky floor around night stand. Hole in curtain. Staff not attentive to people coming in the door.
  • Guest：Little outdated, mattress was very firm and pillows were small. But it was clean, quiet and friendly and was fine for an overnight stay.
