The staff was amazing, the place was nice and clean, the shower pressure was great, breakfast was good, and the bed was so comfortable. I probably won't stay anywhere else when I visit this area.

It was an ok hotel. A place to lay your head at night. It was fairly clean but definitely dated/well loved. No microwave in the room but there is one in the breakfast area you can use. They are working on one half of the hotel and guest use the other half. Luckily they don’t start working until like 8am. I will say, they have the BEST bacon I’ve ever had a hotel. Usually hotel bacon is greasy, limp and undercooked. Not theirs!! The ladies making breakfast know what they’re doing. I will say breakfast was better than most too. The employees are also super nice too. So it all kind of balances out in the end. I would stay again and hopefully when they’re done it will be better!

Our flight was delayed and I called to inform them. Lisa the Supervisor was very compassionate and relieved me of not losing my room. Food was amazing the staff very friendly. I would stay there again.

My first room had bugs including spiders, but the hotel moved us immediately. Our second room was perfect.The staff was amazing. Parking was great. Breakfast was very limited on selection.

There was a fire alarm one morning at around 8:30, which appropriately summoned the fire department. When they allowed us back in after clearing the building, it was just before 9 AM which is the cutoff time for the breakfast. As we got back in the kitchen staff was asking the food away, and I asked if we could get a few extra minutes because of the evacuation order, and she said "no, over at 9AM". She was not fluent in english, and I'm assuming she thought she must totally follow her instructions to close, but perhaps the management could do more instruction on customer service and how to deal with an uncommon situation. Also, the premade breakfast sandwiches were barely edible. Everything else during our stay was pretty good!

Honestly, we booked 7 nights at the Sheraton Lisle Naperville and the hotel was absolutely disgusting. We managed to snag a last minute booking here and the hotel was significantly better. It even offered free breakfast! We'd definitely recommend staying here if you're near the Naperville area.
