Guest：YES !! Everytime we stay there we meet another friendly employee - this time i had the pleasure of meeting Marco ! it was very cold and he gave us a ride - such a great person !! Also Kaitlyn from the Bar was great - We always Love Ben & Kayla. And WinJin always remebers exactly how i like my coffee !!! You are definitely our favorite hotel for many reasons. Guest：Room and hotel were great! Only gripe was the water in the shower never even got remotely close to warm and the thermostat I think was broken. Couldn't get the AC or the heater to work so the room was cold.: 2026-02-01
