The owner and staff were incredibly supportive and helpful in arranging my trip from start to finish. The room was spacious, comfortable, and in a perfect location. I accidentally forgot some personal items after checkout, and the owner kindly kept them safe for me until I returned. Truly thoughtful service and a great stay — highly recommended.
We stayed for three days. The hotel is near the Kars Castle and when you turn around the corner there qre lots of restaurants of all sorts. The eople at the hotel were very kind and helpfull.

One thing was a real deal-breaker: the Wi-Fi was way too weak. We couldn't even connect (on the 4th floor). Since I had online obligations during my trip, this was really annoying.
Номер не большой, но чистый, всё необходимое имеется, чайник, фен, мини холодник, телевизор, правда не пользовались, т. к. не знаем языка. На ресепшене без знания языка вполне быстро и понятно заселились, персонал вежливый, на жестах всё объяснили. Плюсом к месту - рядом зират банк, очень удобно.
We love the hospitality of the people in the hotel. They are very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean with all basic amneties.The breakfast spread is quite good.
A sweet old school hotel. Great location with excellent service from the front desk to the upstairs breakfast area. A welcoming lobby where tea is offered at any time along with a welcoming smile. It was perfect for my 2 night stay in Kars
