Best hotel in Derry. You can't beat the quality of the service.

Breakfast fresh, good selection of hot and cold food.
Reasonable selection for bar food.. a bit pricey though

The staff were friendly and very helpful. We decided to have dinner in the hotel and it was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was great too.

Location is superb for city seeing.
Only one down side was a bit noisy neighbours up above our apartment - but that’s not a hotel fault just lack of manners from some.

Impeccable little hotel. We were there on a heat wave the first day, and our room lacked central a/c, but there was a portable unit and a fan.
The restaurant was outstanding, unusual for a hotel restaurant.

Desk check in/out so friendly and welcoming. Patrick even carried my 45# luggage around the corner & up 3 flights of stairs! At check out they allowed us to store our luggage for 4 hours. Very good breakfast. The Bishops Gate #3 that we stayed in has a very comfortable bed. Kitchen had bottled water in the fridge, coffee tea & snacks on the counter.

What a unique hotel with the separate studio rooms nearby. The location inside the walls is excellent for walking. The staff were great, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend the hotel.

酒店就在倫敦德里的城墻旁邊，酒店分成二部分，不帶廚房的普通客房，還有公寓式客房；我們住的公寓客房，帶有廚房可以煮東西吃，天天在外面吃西餐實在是很難受，住公寓酒店可以做一些吃的可口的飯菜；這個廚房基本的東西都有，但沒有洗碗機和洗衣機；碗比較小，但也能用；晚上屋里的暖氣挺熱的，洗了衣服可以干，這挺方便的；就是洗手間太小了，尤其是刷牙洗臉的盆小的完全不能用，這個確實有點別扭。
